Very upset …. I ordered a cake for my friends birthday …put the order in a week ago …went to pick it up today and was told they don’t have the order …. I will never order a cake here again

Love shopping here miss the air miles change a bit but not a lot still enjoy shopping there miss the rum and raisin ice cream there use to have my family always ask about it

Nice place to find basic needs groceries. You can find most of your the things on your grocery list. I like some of healthy food options available here. Best part is it is never crowded.

I bought bouquet of flowers just 5minutes ago and I am very disappointed the way the florist arranged the flowers. She squeezed the stems and 1of the flower broke and she just dumped it and didn’t replace it. She seems unsure what she was doing and made me so unhappy about her service, and made the flowers so ugly. Extremely disappointed and I can’t even give the bouquet as a gift as I personally didn’t like the way she treated the flowers. I really wanted to come back and get a replacement

Safeway is not the cheapest but has excellent meat and great specials. The whole experience is just better than superstore and less expensive overall than save on foods

I love shopping @Safeway, first impression, the lighting, clean area, If I can't find an items, staff very accommodating and knowledgeable where the items are located, presentations of food items are appealing and fresh.

Friendly staff not bust during the eveing which I liked for change not like walmart where some shoppers have no Manners they bump in to you hit you with there carts cuz they looking sideways not where they walking and they stand in the middle of the walk way with no courtesy Givin to other shoppers mostly (students from india)

Tons of parking, not too busy. Meat dept always have great deals. Don't forget to bring your bags.u can only buy them here. No plastic zone

Staff not as friendly as other Safeways, but its a Safeway so you can still find everything you would expect from one

This gas station is convenient for getting gas and that is about all I can say about it. The staff are usually polite who work the cash. However the Tim Hortons I don't know why they have a Tim Hortons in there. Most of the time they do not have what they have listed on the menu. They do not serve any foods ie muffins, bagels or donuts after 9: 00 pm.
They have usually run out way before then any how. It is a waste of space having the Tim Hortons in there. The staff are short with you when you question them about products. I give them 1.

I have always liked this store. It is clean and well stocked. The only problem would be the need more cashiers but at least the self check outs were open. So no line ups.

I just started to shop here. Parmacy staff is helpful and sometimes a line of 3 people for prescription pickup. The store seems clean and well stocked. My only concerns are trying to follow the directional aisle arrows, but it's wide enough if you pass by the odd person going the wrong way.and secondly trying to get out of the parking lot area, all major roads surround it and are close to all the traffic lights so it can be frustrating depending on the time of day you shop.

I used to LOVE the store in Surrey center! I decided to try the Fleetwood location! The staff were not even close to as friendly and helpful as the Surrey center staff! The quality in the bakery was awful! At least in the Surrey center location the quality which went way way down after Sobeys took over the bakery staff tried to keep it pretty good! To bad Sobeys is more concerned with making money than customer satisfaction!

Safeway feels and seems very weird and different now from staff to pricing.some staff are good to help you some not so much at all.most have no or less knowledge of products they have and sell.also is run by americold.quality has deteriorated since then

Went there for a morning sandwich and the employee working there, Kim was so nice to us. She is committed to a great service and was very friendly. A big shoutout to her for making our experience so positive and memorable.

Would give one star if possible! Cheese is past expiry date! Dated for June 2 and it is the 6TH! Disgusting that is still on shelf, also had a horrible experience with Hannah from customer service. She argued with me about price matching and then left me to help other customers I had to go back over and tell her to finish with my refund first, won’t be back.

I pre-ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day earlier in the week saying I would pick it up around 10: 30 (am) today. I arrived today to pick it up and had arrived ten minutes later as I knew it was going to be busy and to give them more time to get my order ready. Well, I got there and handed my receipt (I already paid for the flowers) and they told me they couldn't find my bouquet. So the person wrapping up the pre-orders grabbed a random bouquet of flowers that I didn't ask for as well as the wrong balloon I had ask for. The balloon was even smaller than the original was supposed to be. Also, to top it off, when I got home I realized half the flowers were dead and I didn't get any of those little bags to "feed" the flowers. Utterly disappointed and not getting flowers from here anymore.

Answering service very friendly staff the younger staff members are really helpful and very polite highly recommend going there very clean very good layout and willing to find the item for you and willing to help you keep up the good work you guys thank you I look forward to shopping again there take care

I don't shop Safeway very often I just find it's even more expensive than save on foods.their fruit is so expensive

Deep in the heart of Surrey, you will gaze upon the glistening aisles of Corn Pops and Thai chilli sauce while hunting for masks. You will find disposable ones by the cashier.and maybe buy some Pringle along the way. Solid 5 stars because my car had not been broken in to!

Not my favorite grocery store to visit. If you need any medicine's past 7pm then dont bother going here as most things in the pharmacy are locked up early and it is closed by 8pm, since the pandemic.
Durung regular hour I find this Safeway too crowded. However all produce and meats are fresh and lovely at this location. Happy Shopping!

Safeway is good, fruits and vegetables are always clean and look fresh but it's a bit pricey for me.

Usually like Safeway but this trip wasn't very good, I was charged $14 extra charges on my bill. Good thing I noticed before I left the parking lot!

Safeway, what can I say about you? Everytime I walk into your store, I feel like I am walking into a cozy living room. The lighting, the ambience of this store, makes you want to take your time shopping in the Safeway store. Everything is so neatly laid out and easy to find. Each department has a personality of it's own and so well decorated. An inviting store to shop, with the freshest items in town and sooo tasty.

I only come here for the fresh sandwiches and hot food. I feel most of their groceries are overpriced compared to other stores.

Pretty quiet on a Sunday afternoon.prices are much higher than superstore or Walmart (for the same things). So unless I really need to, I avoid Safeway just because they charge more than elsewhere. Young lady at Starbucks was really pleasant though.
