Great local spot. The owner was great. One of the best halo halos I've found in the gvrd. Quality Filipino food is hard to come by especially when it's great value. Also worth noting that there was no pressure to tip here which in this day in age is rare. I had to ask the owner if I could tip. That's service!

Oh wow, just tried their buko pandan, and it's the best thing I've ever had. It's full of coconut flavor, and the coconut jelly has great texture. It's delicious and fun! I will definitely be back and try other flavors!

We brought an out of town visitor to one of our absolute favourite Bubble tea shops, Sago Togo. It's a family owned Filipino Bubble tea shop in New Westminster that makes Bubble teas and Bubble waffles in all sorts of wonderful flavors. Highly recommend the Brown Sugar Ice Cream Slush and their warm Taho. (You can have it cold too if you prefer) We'd never tried or even heard of Taho until we discovered Sago Togo. It's a tofu dessert that consists of soft silken tofu with sago pearls. If you've never tried Taho before, this is a great place to try it!

Service: Excellent
Parking: Street parking.
Location: It's a small shop on 12th St. (Kingsway becomes 12th St.) and there's not much signage so you need to keep a sharp lookout for it, or else it can be easy to miss.

Worst BBT place I've been to, honestly wasn't expecting much due to the area they were located in. I ended up just throwing my drink out, and the sago was extremely soggy/mushy. Would not come back.

Worst Halo Halo I’ve tried in my life. I saw it in tik tok and I drove all the way from Vancouver and I got really disappointed, they put mostly shave ice in the cup and just a minimum of condense milk, ube, flan, and of everything. The taste is also very bland! I don’t recommend to try it, you will be really disappointed

I love taho! So naturally, I was really excited to try it here. The shop is really cute but the energy/vibes felt pretty low and quiet in there. That wasn’t a huge deal though. I ordered and was on the go. The taste was decent, but nothing too special. The arnibal (syrup) didn’t have that deep caramelized flavour I know and love from taho. The tapioca pearls were a tad bit overdone and i was a little disappointed that a place named Sago to Go - wasn’t actually serving the little sago pearls with their taho. My main issue was that it was most definitely served lukewarm though. Overall, I wasn’t blown away but I do appreciate that it’s available seeing as taho can be hard to come by in the Vancouver area. I’d be willing to come back and give it a try later down the line along with some other interesting looking menu items!

A small and unique bubble tea shop with a focus on the Philippines. The owner was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. They have different things available than what is usually found in bubble tea shops. We got the brown sugar, honeydew and sago gulamon drinks with the Oreo bubble waffle. We found the drinks had an original flavor but were still good. The waffle was okay though not spectacular. Probably would have been better with some ice cream as recommended in other reviews. Overall a nice place to visit if you want a change from the chains.

The quality here was very evident my drink was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. And I highly recommend the taro bubble waffle as it was perfect crispy, fluffy could not ask for better. Best bubble tea Ive had.

Bubble Tea, Waffles and Taho are so good. They have a pretty wide range of options. Taho is my ultimate favourite! I like that we have an option to choose which type of pearl to add - I personally like the chewy tapioca pearl. Taho is a Philippine snack food made of fresh soft/silken tofu, arnibal, and tapioca pearl. The Indonesian and Thai equivalent of this snack is Tauhue, and the Malaysian equivalent of this snack is called Taufufah. I’d recommend that you try it.
