Sahand Bakery & Kebab Hut

Thrilled with my purchase of Sangak Bread – it was both delicious and wonderfully fresh. I highly recommend trying their variety of breads for a delightful culinary experience.

I have just bought a koobide and it was horrible. Inside the kebab was white and pink, never saw something like that before. My kids who really like kebab didn’t eat more than a bite. I wish I could give them 0 star.

The Koobideh is also very good.
Service definitly could be better and a renovation is needed to make the inside look a bit nicer. But the koobideh and Sangak bread quality is 10/10. Would recommend to take out and ignore the poor service because the food is worth it!

The restaurant is not clean at all and the food is not good and the restaurant owner is very rude. When you buy grilled chicken from any restaurant, there is always a lemon on the side of the grilled chicken. When I asked them to give me a lemon, they said we don't have it, after a few minutes they said you can buy it if you want.
The lady who worked in the restaurant was a very nice lady, but the owner of the restaurant is very rude, I do not recommend you to go to Sahand restaurant at all.

Pretty decent kebab for a decent price. Very nice and friendly staff. Behyar is an amazing gentleman. He makes sure you always get the best service.

I was there this morning to get some bread. The bread was so cold and hard, like buying piece of a plywood from them. The bread was also so tasteless, like I was having a cardboard. This place used to be good but not any more. Not recommend them to anybody. Don't waste your money on them.

Do not go there he will overcharge you. It's also extremely dirty and the customer service is horrible.

The food was delicious but considering the minimum service that they provide, it was expensive. Also, it is not very clean and organized.

The bread is good but the grumpy old man is terrible. Bad customer service and he tries to overcharge you if you are not paying attention. Grumpy old man also very often undercooks the chicken. Thank god I dont have to come here anymore. I found the flat bread at IGA in Westwood plateau. Used too give 2 star for bread. But now I found the bread somewhere else so you dont need to go there anymore and deal with that terrible customer service.

I gived 5star before but now i give one star.because when i go for Bread the one guy give me the cold bread.i dont know why? Maybe because i'm not Iranian? Or what? I thing if like this the could lost the customers.

Food is mediocre, the kabab is missing flavor. The rice is too dry.dining space is extremely small. Owner is extremely rude. Very angry, seems like he and she hates when people come to buy their food. Gave it a couple chances, won’t ever recommend or go back again. It’s a waste of time, money and energy

The owner is so impolite and angry. For the first time we went there and experience awful customer service. The bread quality was good but kebab quality No.
I don’t recommend to anyone.

This place deserves no stars.theybincrease the prices constantly up and also if you look at the SANGAK bread price is 50 cents more than aAfra store at north van and size of bread keep shrinking and become smaller and
Thinner.
To me is sneaky business and not good products. At the end below zero customer service and they do not know how to serve the customers also store is filthy.

Chicken kabab is good here. The service not so much. They make fresh Traditional Iranian Bread in the morning that is tasty.

I give them three stars for the fresh bread, other than that.the staff are rude. Even when they speak Farsi, they still sound rude.the kabob is undercooked and the meat was still red when we got it! I go back only for the fresh bread.

The meat tasted good. They overcharged and substituted items in the order without asking first. The substitutes (bread in lieu of rice) were even cheaper than the originals for which we were already overcharged. Not clean either.

Best kabobs in town for really good price! Owners are nice but If you are looking for ambience and for someome to "serve you" north american style.don't go there. This is a place to go when you know what you want and you get it and will love it!

The reason that I’m giving 4 stars because this place seems nasty and customer service is a little bit poor. The old couple who owns it barely speak English so give them a chance.

I always come to this place for take out and honestly the food is really tasty and it’s very cheap. 6.50 for kobeda wrap and 9.50 for 2 skewers of kobeda with rice.

I would recommend for those who don’t have time to cook at home.

Very very very delicious food! I never eat food outside but the foods they make are really mouthwatering and taste all natural!
