All cakes are super sweet, especially egg rolls, walnut cakes and cup cakes are super sweet, very unhealthy and hard to eat! Hope it can be improved

I went for a Cake and there were so many choices. I went to their Metrotown location. There was a line but the service was fast.
Very recommended. I got the Sicilian Cake and it was very delicious.

Very bad experience.we did online order for my wife's birthday cake, when we pick up at Metrotown store, other than online order email, we have to show identity.and stuff (women all speak Cantonese) there are very rude, starring at and yelling at us.it seems we are cheating them. I swear that we won't do any purchase with them in the future.

This bakery serves bread, pastries and cakes, as well as lobster buns.
The lobster buns are frozen, you can ask for the bread to be reheated if you want it ready to eat.
It is said that there is a whole lobster, but after removing the meat, it seems to be less. It may be that the lobster is relatively small.
The taste is very light, I still like whole lobster food. And it's expensive.

Terrible customer service. I ordered and paid a cake 2 days in advance. When I went to pick up, there were 3 workers there. The manager Ivy took my order number and said 1 min. Then she went to talk on the phone. I waited 5 mins. During the waiting, one other wokere became idle and ask me can she help. I said I'm waiting for my order, she just walked away. Findlay Ivy got off the phone, I asked again can I have my cake. She started talking to the third worker. Then the worker went to their kitchen. After a while, she bring out a cake base. Guess what? They just start making it now. Wow I would have appreciated if Ivy could tell me at the first place that the cake is not made yet while I'm just standing there wondering what's going on. I asked why the cake is not ready when I ordered 2 days ahead. Ivy, not apologetic at all, said I arrived too early? She said because the pick up window is 12 noon to 3 pm. I said so I arrived at 12: 30 pm which is during the window. She just doesn't respond. What an experience. "Sorry" would have been nice. Don't think I would come back.

I tried Red Bean Pie - Chocolate Roll - Napoleon Slice, it’s Okay taste and quality, definitely over priced and rated. The smell is amazing but products are not the same level

Ordered a 6" Tiramisu birthday cake, thought it was a bit overpriced, but it tasted really good.

The mango cake at Saint Germain is always top notch and a huge hit at family gatherings. We like to get them for everyone’s birthday and the taste is always on point. This particular location is quite busy, so be sure to order online.

The place was wide and clean. The staff was friendly and hospitable.

The buns, cakes, cookies was so delicious, sweet and yummy.

Lots of savoury and sweet treats to pick from. Reasonable prices. No gluten free options. Staff can be a little impatient at times.

Their Tiramasu cake is heavenly. Long lines most weekends but good food. Bit on the pricey side compared to cake from like save on, but taste brilliant

This is a really good bakery. Everything was baked fresh and the things that are not as fresh there's a deal on it. There's almost always a lineup

I'm here just to praise the best three cheese sandwich I've ever had. Their pork bun is also delicious:) Ps.: It's a very busy location and good customer service neves happens - which doesn't bother me in this case to be honest, but just to point it out.

I've never been a fan of black forest cake, but my wife loves it. I ordered one for her birthday, and it was one of the best cakes I've had.

Got this cake yesterday and there is a fly stuck on fruit? Please at least take a good look at the final product if you cannot maintain the best hygiene level.

It is very pricey and the cake is normal, not a very good tastes, just as same as usual bakery does.

My online order was scheduled for picking up at the store in Metrotown Burnaby at 12: 00 pm today. I arrived at the store at 12: 15 pm to pick up my order. One lady who seemed to be an in-charge in the store. She told me that the delivery was not there yet and asked me to come back later. I came back to the store 30 minutes later. I lined up in front of the counter with a sign of picking up online order here. Then, that lady yelled at the other customer and me with a terrible sound and rudely instructed us to line up on another side. I wondered to ask her that if I am at a right place for pick up. She agreed and served me later. Overall, the issue was she yelled at people all the time at that moment I saw. I think she had to have self- control of her emotion anyway.

Excellent Chinese styled baked goods and cakes. Prices have gone up with inflation but still overall competitive with other things in Vancouver. If you go, just pay attention to the flow of things. There's a separate line up for online orders for pickup and regular purchases and for picking your baked goods. It's an absolute cluster if you don't pay attention and stand in the wrong line and peeve off the people in line or waste your own time.
