Most AMAZING customer service from RON! So personal and wanting to gather all the information to make sure you are getting the right product and right price range, went in to get a gift for someone else and he was so helpful that I felt it mattered more to him that my friend liked the gift than me! Ron is such a gem of an employee can not express enough how pleasant my experience was.

WORST experience and worst customer service I have ever encountered with a company, the manager sprayed an essential oil onto me completely damaging my Prada nylon bag- no accountability was taken from Sage as all they offered me was a gift card. I won't be shopping here ever again.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I walked in super nervous I am very novice at oils and right away Ron greeted me and he was so warm and friendly and helped me pick out different oils and shared some of his favourite blends and ideas. He was so knowledgeable and excited I could have talked to him all day. If you are thinking about trying oils ask for Ron he was awesome. I’ll definitely be coming back! <3

Love their products (both old and new) and have been a loyal customer for almost a decade; however, a recent in-store shopping experience was very unpleasant. *Shoppers beware. *
My sister and I had the original receipt but was denied a refund. I was told I was missing another smaller piece of receipt that came with the purchase. This was unfair and even a bit unethical of Saje since it is nowhere on the receipt itself, nor on the website, nor during the entire transaction process, was she informed that she would need to present the smaller slip for a refund. Everywhere we looked, Saje said you need the original receipt (which we had) for a refund.
This caused us multiple trips to the store during the Covid-19 period and there was never really any apologies or even acknowledgement of a flaw in the process and the need for employee re-training.
I love your brand and am happy that you're growing the wellness trend but it may be time to review and re-organize your offering in terms of customer experience. What you have in place is not scalable and will lead to more problems in the future.

Love this place. The staff are so attentive and always helpful. They will spend as much time with you as you need. They are very knowledge about all their products.

Today I got such great customer service from vanessa was very helpful and so patient.

Also the healing hands lotion is very light in scent and very moisturizing.

Helpful, friendly and happy people work there. No point in an explanation of the products. If you aren't using Saje essential oils or other amazing products that's your very serious loss. All natural alternatives to help you sleep, aid an upset stomach, aches or pains, calm your nerves or pick you up, the list goes on and on. I'm mostly excited about not having to rely on tylenol for my constant headaches.

Literally could not live without Peppermint Halo! All of their products are absolutely amazing!

My favorite. I love and have tried everything and I loved everything. Staff are also very friendly the yoga spray well I spray my bed furniture and even myself with it that's how much my husband and I love it.

The hand soap we got here is really good to our hands and does not dry them up and it is refreshingly nice smelling too. They are reasonably priced and the place is really well organized so you can find what you are looking for easily.

Nice store with all the necessary selections for your sage defusing plans. The only thing I don't like is that they only display potent scents that may give some guests a headache.
