Bought an aroma om diffuser brand new and it didn’t even turn on.called the store for support and was told there’s nothing they can do.horrible product, horrible service.not worth the price.

I was invited to collaborate with the store for an afternoon, and had an AMAZING experience working with the Saje Metrotown team. I am so impressed with their community support of small, local businesses. As well, I watched them work for 4 hours while I was in store, and every single team member was knowledgeable of product, was approachable, and worked hard helping customers and keeping the store stocked up on a busy Saturday. Easily a 5 star experience.

Came in to Saje Metrotown on Monday Oct 31,2022.
I can't remember their name but the person that helped us as we brought some adults with developmental disabilities into the store was so gracious and patient. They gave a business card and explained some scents and let the clients sniff the scents and even recommended some others. Really classy and inclusive. Kudos to this person for wonderful service.

I kinda thinking I felt being racist!
I visited to the store this afternoon to buy a gift for my friend. I bought two of same items, however, the two prices were different. One was $16, and the other one was $20. I asked the staff (who was wearing glasses) why the price is different, but she answered annoyingly the $20 one is expensive because it's renewal version. So, I said I would buy a cheaper one if they were same products. As soon as I said that, she was complained to other staff like even I could hear and treated blame me. Does she wish I never know the difference of that or just being annoyed? I don't deserved to be treated like this. I have a right what exactly I want to buy! So insulted and annoyed!

Not the experience I remember. When I asked the employees how they were doing I was expecting the usual inquiry into my wellness like usual. I love the connection and vibe I usually get from this company. Instead I was told where the sale tables are, not walked to, and they continued to chat among themselves. Most of the employees stood behind the till laughing at another employee because she got something wrong. After realizing no one was going to check in on me or see how they can elevate me I asked two employees if anyone had any peppermint halo they wanted to demo on me. One walked away and the other told me I was free to use the testers myself. I understood due to covid and then she must have been done with me because she said "alright have a great day" like I was leaving. I decided she was right, and I left. Perhaps worry about how to help customers instead of socializing among yourselves.

The sales associate that helped me was very kind and super helpful but if you are buying a kit or anything that is in bag or a box- check to make sure everything is in there. The sales associate picked out my items and were holding them for me so I didn’t bother to check till I was home. I mean Ive seen pretty terrible reviews for Saje online orders shipping defective or missing products but didn’t realize it would be the same for in-store.

A few weeks ago I went into the store and had very awesome customer service from Dahn (I think that's the spelling I saw on the name tag) he not only answered my questions but gave his own experience using oils. Thanks Dahn for going above and beyond, the oils work wonders for me. I use them every day! Great product!

The staff here are so nice! They are very eager (in a good way) to help you with selecting the perfect gift. I was helped by Tristan and two Asian (male and female, did not get their names) employees.

Saje is my favorite store. Their essential oils are high quality. Also, their remedies work well. Peppermint Halo will make your headache feel so much better!

I had a great experience shopping there the first time. I had a bubbly associate help me find exactly what I needed and taught me where to
apply it. I went back a few days later and unfortunately she wasn’t there and the associates that were working at the time didnt even give me the time of day. Total 180. Regardless, I’m excited about the new products I got and I hope I run into the first associate again next time I’m in!

Customer service is excellent here. If theres an item you're unsatisfied with they'll always help you out. If you need help finding things, they'll give you suggestions and be there the whole way. Elena is especially great! I use a lot of saje products including their deodorants daily, amazing if you have sensitive underarms. Thanks Saje!

Came in today and was welcomed by 2 sales associates, they tried to fix my diffuser, but when it still didn't work they just replaced it with smiles. I hate returning products so thanks for making it easy.:)

I was really excited to check out this store as my friend had told me good things about it. The staff asked me if I needed help when I walked in, but despite when I said, "No thank you, I'm just browsing, " she stayed by me and continued to try and help me find something. I told her at least two more times I just wanted to look around the store, and she didn't leave me alone. The universal code for wanting to be left alone to shop is, "I'm just browsing. " Yet the staff of Saje stores seem to be the only ones who don't get this! It's very frustrating! I had the same issue with the Saje at Park Royal. Too much customer service is also poor customer service! If your someone who loves to chat and have a staff member shop along side you, then this place would be perfect for you.

Mixed feelings with this place. I've had a young asian girl give me good service and was very nice when I came in once, but another time two older white employees gave me the cold shoulder and completely ignored me. Not even a smile or a fleeting glance.
Maybe it's because I'm younger and some people just don't like serving younger customers, but I just felt really uncomfortable with the staff so I left.
Products are ok, but all the aroma blends have this strange undertone of patchouli or something in it that I just can't stand.
I live the loo spray though. I've used it as an air freshener because I love peppermint.

Something I couldn't help but notice: walking into this store Asian, invariably they would send an Asian sales associate to "help" you. This happened to me several times now, and each time there were an Asian and a Caucasian associate available, at a quiet time, and invariably it's always the Asian associate who'd chat me up. I am all for Asians being as competent as any others who work here but I still feel as if it amounted to racially profiling there, which I don't appreciate one bit. What I would often do is to interact with all the associates lol. In all, a weird practice.

The staff are helpful, and someone always greets me when I enter the store, but this Saje location seems to be perpetually low on stock. Almost every time I go there, they're out of stock for one of the items I'm looking for. I have been going to the metrotown location for several years, and this has never improved.
Also, not specific to this location, but Saje really has to improve their customer points program. Every time I go there the staff member serving me is surprised at how many points I have, but I don't want any roll-ons! That's the only thing you can use your points for. Come on Saje, improve your customer loyalty program.
