Great place to get all ur scented oils.
Giving 4 stars simply due to the prices, $26 for a small 10ml bottle. The Body shop is $8 for a 10ml bottle but u get less selection

I am leaving this review because the lady with blue colored glasses frame is really nice and kind.
She helped me find a bunch of gifts for my friends (and myself) at the end of last year.

Actually, right before her help,
I was wandering around for a while to find items that I'd like and it was a bit hard to find one as there's too many selections.
First few item testers that I found without her help were ok but weren't fitting with my preference.
(Don't get me wrong, everyone working in the store were ready to help me and introduce products ONCE I stepped in the store, but I just kindly said to them I wanted to slowly look around myself first)

Anyway she noticed that I was lost from the huge selection of items, and willingly helped me again.
But after she and I had a conversation about my preference of scent,
She recommended some hidden items that I hadn't tried yet.
I love them all which means she got me so well.

I was surprised how she understood products and customer's preferences so well.
I'll definitely come back to this store for the saje products.

The staff was enthusiastic but not overbearing, explaining the diffusers without a hard sell. They let us take our time to look around and test the oils without pressure and didn't hover while still being available for questions.

The sale associate asked if I need a bag to which I said “No”. At the end of the transaction she put everything in a bag. We thought it was good gesture but she charged us extra for it without saying anything. Will never come back to this location. Horrible fake friendliness service. And will definitely put little surcharge on your bill when you least expected it. As a company of this size, it’s almost laughable to see them charge a customer nickels and dimes for bags when we pay this much for their products. Sad.

I LOVE the deodorant, its THE BEST natural option on the market. I just wish that you could refill in store or purchase a large bottle that you could refill the 100ml bottle at home. Would be much more eco friendly!

Friendly staff, greeted me right when I walked through the entrance and announced to me their current promotion of 20% of anything in the store minus the pocket pharamcy. Was helpful in helping me find what I needed. They even suggested different items that were discounted more than what I had originally picked out. They do charge now for a bag, but the bag is not the same reusable ones from before they are now paper bags. Not sure if they completely switched or if they just ran out.

Great products. Mediocre customer service. I was more informed about their sales merchandise, than their own associates.
After browsing Saje's online store, I decided to go in-person to purchase a few products. Once there, I noticed a discrepancy in price. When I asked an associate to clarify the price, I was told that the item I wanted was not a part of their sale; when in fact, it was. I understand that mistakes can occur, however, I believe that taking ownership is key for providing good customer service. Instead, I was given the excuse that the sale shelf didn't have enough room for all the items.

Sales people are friendly. I use their allergy release blend and it significantly reduces my stuffy and runny nose from seasonal and cat allergies. Their diffusers are also very pretty to look at.

Be VERY certain what you want to buy. They do NOT do returns even if has been only one day that you bought your item. Not the customer service you are looking for.

First time shopping here and the experience was unpleasant. At first the employees seem to be friendly but seem annoyed when I request for help. I wanted to use a discount code for my purchase and they seemed unhappy for the entire checkout process. The two employees I've talked to felt like they were giving me attitude and I don't think I will shop here again unfortunately.

Love their products, Tanya from RC location is amazing, super friendly, super helpful - even during the busiest time of the year. 100% recommend!

I went in to buy a gift for someone.the diffuser i got was the limited edition one and i was told there was one more left which was recently returned.i asked if its been used and why the person may have returned it.the young lady told me the person who returned it did not use it or even take it out of the box so they could sanitize the exterior (due to covid) and sell it to me.i said of course that was ok and was very happy until we got home and the gift was opened.there was a hugeee dent on the side of the diffuser.im guessing the customer did use it and no one checked the condition of it before putting it back in their stock.

Was trying to decide going for Muiji or Saje diffuser. End up buying from Saje with no regret. Excellent customer service. Will definitely visit again!

I have been a loyal Saje customer for years and love shopping at their stores. This location's staff are friendly and there was one lady in particular who was so, so nice and wonderful to speak to. Please keep up this great service!

Places that sell overpriced snake oil rely on boorish, overbearing salespeople. This place is no exception. Browsing for a gift, I was asked if I needed any help. Replied politely that I was just browsing. Salesperson proceeded to ask 8 (not exaggerating!) follow-up questions to what clearly required none. Pretty desperate-which makes sense considering the junk they sell.

Excellent customer service from both ladies working on Feb 5,2020. First time going in, told them what I was looking for and they were more than happy to assist. Very knowledgeable, I am very impressed and happy new customer.
