The packaging is nice. The staff are friendly. The prices for essential oils are almost 5 times the online retail from other Canadian brands with fast and free delivery. I wouldn’t recommend

Beautiful shop and beautiful products. Got my favourite diffuser blends there. And the sales was super nice and giving me very good advices.

I was here last week, got a immune oil for my diffuser and i asked the lady do you guys have promotion today? She told me no, and told me immune oil never on sale ever its because it is very popular. I was like ok i will get the oil anyways. But today i saw everything is on sale for 20%. Disappointed with that lady.

The zap items are unparalleled in their ability to clear skin. Everyone who works there is highly knowledgable in their products, super friendly and great at interacting (whether you need help or want to be left alone). All products are AMAZING

Enjoyed shopping here more than some of the other saje locations as they have a great selection and really helpful staff.

I’ve been using Saje Humidifier and its essential oil for more than a year now, which means we regularly buy oils from their stores. One thing I didnt like, this store doesn’t have any loyalty programs to check how often customer makes purchase. It would be best to get points or maybe free items after several purchases. The manager here on Robson St branch was also awful and lacking customer service. When we asked if we can get a discount (while there is an ongoing 40% promotion) he just said no we dont do it here! Well, theres always a polite and professional way to turn down customer. But this young manager doesnt understand his job really well. I hope they hire managers who knows how to make a happy customer. Bad service! Im not going back to this branch anymore.

I’m disappointed in the service. I was given the wrong product and had to walk back in the rain on a Sunday night to have it exchanged (this was a gift). No compensation was provided, when even a small token would have sufficed.instead their excuse was that “they were busy”. Mistakes happen but please don’t talk back like that.

The staff here are so nice and very helpful I'm a noob with this kind of stuff so having one of your staff taking there time to help me out was awesome I felt very welcomed:) Andrea was the I believe who helped me she was very nice and knew so much about this stuff

I have been coming to Saje Robson when it just started it's humble beginning and have tried just about every product they sell. Although, the company has expanded and I don't feel the sense of humbleness anymore the quality remains. I often give their products as presents to family and friends they truly do work, love to support a Local company.
