They also took my money 3 weeks ago and have not sent it to Iran yet. I asked for return but they have not done that yet either, and not answering my calls anymore. Does anyone know how to file a complaint against them?

Very bad experience. We couldn’t make a deal because it took more than 2 months to receive our money. It took us lots of energy and effort to get our money.

Have no respect about time, a very rude girl on the phone, kept our money for almost a month, and they are still saying they don’t know when, insane. Never ever again.

I am asking all Iranians not to work with this exchange anymore. The bowl of disrespect, irresponsibility and incompetence is really overflowing in this exchange. I am sorry for you who are abusing people's trust.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Salamat Exchange Office. They promised a swift 4-day money transfer, I found myself trapped in a two-week-long nightmare.
The staff's attitude was shockingly rude, with no hint of remorse for their huge delay. When I inquired about the delay in my money transfer, the responses I received were dismissive and lacking any sense of accountability. It felt as though my concerns were falling on deaf ears. After 10 days of frustration, their unapologetic staff dropped the bombshell: cancel or wait!
The entire ordeal left me questioning the integrity and reliability of Salamat Exchange Office. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise against using their services. There are plenty of other exchange offices that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold their promises. Save yourself the headache and stay away from using this unapologetic and irresponsible establishment.
