Salius Physiotherapy & Osteopathy

I have being going to this clinic for many years. I usually need to see Sumen twice a year for a series of treatments. She is very good at her job as knows how to use manual manipulation and pressure points to relive pain. She is able to diagnose quickly and thoroughly and explains the diagnosis and treatment plan. She gives simple exercises that are very effective for the type of injury she is treating.
She is a very caring, knowledgeable and thorough physio and treats you with respect and compassion!
Highly recommend her.

Suman is amazing. She is very caring and gives me hope in that I will get better. I can feel her confidence in me and that with the exercise schedule she has designed, good form and posture, less pain is just around the corner.

Phyisiotherapy Treatmtnt at this place is more than $100 but mostly physiotherapist only spending time on your body is 3-5 minutes with machine nothing is done with their hands. Please don’t waste your time and your money. Not good service I experienced. Please don’t waste time here. Good way to make $$$$$$$

I highly recommend Sumen Singla for physiotherapy! She is absolutely AMAZING! Last night I could not sleep due to back pain and she relieved my pain within a half hour. She adjusted my left hip so that it is even with the other and worked from my shoulders down as it is all connected. She understands the body and works it with what I call her magic hands. I honestly didn’t want to leave a review because I selfishly want to keep her to myself but she deserves recognition. She is professional, knowledgeable, and a kind human being who I have had the pleasure of being taken care of by for the past few years. She is my one stop back care professional as she not only does physiotherapy but also osteopathy and acupuncture as well.

Cheri always goes above and beyond to help with mg injury rehab and pushes me to succeed. Very happy with my treatment and progress over the last few months, would recommend her services to anyone.

I’ve been going to Salius for a few years now. I’ve had severe back pain for 12 years and this is the only place that has given me any sort of relief.

The physiotherapists here really know what they’re talking about and have answered all my questions. But most important you I feel like they care.

Suman has been my physiotherapist for over two decades. I am a hairdresser and need regular adjustments and maintenance for my body. I am always pleased with Suman’s treatment that she provides. My husband and I have also seen Jimmy in the past. He is another physiotherapist in this location. We are delighted with Salius. I would highly recommend them. Lastly, the receptionist is very pleasant and accommodating.

I cannot believe how much relief I felt with just one treatment. I love Sumen!

Salius has been my go-to clinic for physiotherapy. I have been coming here for years due to multiple injuries and chronic pain. Sumen is such a knowledgeable physiotherapist. She is a great listener and shows true compassion to her patients. Second time doing active rehab through this clinic, cannot compliment Sim enough for his thoroughness and attention to detail in his assessment. He identified areas of weakness and suggests right balance of stretches and exercises for my complex ongoing pain.

Very poor customer service they book me in and then call me to tell me they don't have availability for that time and reschedule me for the next day and the call me and say they didn't see me and I said they rescheduled me. So they apologized for the mix up and then rescheduled me again and told me once again that I was booked but then tell me a hour later that I don't have an appointment and they don't have a open time for that day after they confirmed I was booked in. DONT GO HERE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE PEOPLE WHO DO THE BOOKING DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING A 2 YEAR OLD CAN DO BETTER. I WILL NEVER TRUST PEOPLE WHO CANT GET THERE ACT TOGETHER AND DONT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. SO BEWARE OF THE SHADY PHYSIO

I had good experience with Salius today. Girl at reception Kaye is very helpful with great customer service skills. Therapist was also honest with me and he explained in really good way before starting treatment.

This place is amazing. My father had so much pain in his arm our GP recommended this place. Kay is really helpful and friendly. When she saw my father is really in pain she adjusted the appointment same day. Her words "Don't worry we are here to help you, he will be fine" really means a lot. Then Dr. Jimmy treated my father, and his pain reduced by 80 percent right after one visit. We went to another physio places before as well but no results. Dr. Jimmy diagnosed him well and treated best. Thank you Salius Team.

It was a great day. My appointment was pushed through even the clinic had power outage. They made an arrangement to use the next door clinic.
With regards to therapy, Tandeep was very concern to your pain problems. He tackled the area where the pain was rooted. Overall, i was happy for his therapy.
I have a schedule for next session.

I am being treated by Jimmy Tayal who is a very experienced physiotherapist who has treated many different kinds of injuries. He pointed out my traits and is assisting me in correcting it. I will recommend him to anyone.

The staff is fantastic and extremely helpful, my therapists are well-versed in the field. This is the place I would advise to anyone who needs physio therapy.

Amandeep (physio) is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of touch! I’ve been having back pain for almost 4 years now and unfortunately it keeps coming back but whenever I see her, it would disappear.she knows when and how to approach things differently, and not to treat everyone’s symptoms the same. Highly recommended!

Girl at front named kay is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. My injury happened on work and i went there for my physio, as this covid happened it was short in money for my treatment. She guided me all about wcb claims and helped me in my claim approval. Feeling much better just in 2 visits, therapist is really nice as well.

Terrible Conduct by James and reception. I have been strung along with bad conduct for 2 months with dropping the ball to proactively arrange for my Orthotics. I am in disbelief how many times they screwed me around. Brutal

I was a little skeptical at first because I've been to many different clinics before. However after my first screening I felt comfortable to give this a try. After a few weeks I know this is the place for me and my family. I strongly recommend this place.

The receptionists are very professional and are knowledgeable about their services. I worked with Sumen for pregnancy related issues and shes wonderful. Highly recommend this establishment, the service is very professional. They have helped with my injuries after a very serious fall.

I was in three car accidents and I went to Salius Rehab for all my therapy. They set up a plan for myself and everytime I went in I felt comfortable and in good hands. I did the active rehab program and now I am able to move around comfortably without seizing up. I recommend this place to everyone I know not only because of how comfortable they make you feel, but the knowledge and care provided is very comforting.
