I love the products and the staff are usually really great. I've been going to Sally's for 3years now for my hair dye needs. Last few trips though I have left unsatisfied and annoyed by lack of care or help from one of the newer employees.

Clean, could be better stocked but I think that’s more of a distributor issue. Pleasant, helpful staff.
