Today I had the day many people have unfortunately experienced. I went to the salon and walked out with tears in my eyes. After driving to my mothers house and having a panic attack we went to Sally’s.
Our cashier, whose name I did not catch because I was trying my hardest to not have a melt down, had very beautiful green hair and was the most helpful! They explained to me the choices I had in order to return my hair to a colour that I would be okay being seen in public. They sold us 3 different solutions which came with house made custom instructions which explains the whole process to us. Thankfully the first option of colour remover worked.
I was truly a few looks in the mirror away from shaving my head and now with the help of our wonderful cashier and Sally’s I am willing to be seen in public. I cannot express how thankful I am for the calm and informative service!
This is the second time I have been to Sally’s. The first time was because my boyfriend tried to bleach his dirty blonde hair with blonde box dye. And the cashier at Sally’s helped me turn it into a lovely white/icy blonde just like he originally wanted. That first interaction was what came to mind today when I was is the middle of my post salon panic attack and made me think of going to Sally’s for help. I am so thankful I went to Sally’s today!
