I used to enjoy coming to the Abbotsford branch… until today. I left the store SHAKING at how RUDE their manager was.

I frequent this store so I knew where the products I needed were, and was just browsing the demi-permanent hair dye swatches while waiting for my friend who needed the hair products. The manager asks if I need help and I said “no, I’m just browsing while waiting for my friend” and she immediately stops me and says “that’s the demis, this is for permanents”, continues to shove the dye swatch binder in my face while saying “see you do need my help”, and then walks past me arrogantly and heads to the back room laughing loudly.

I shared my experience with the girl at the cash register (sweetest employee there, she’s always kind and helpful every time I’ve been there) and she apologized on her manager’s behalf.

Was shocked by the rude customer service received today but now reading past reviews it seems to be a trend.
I walked up to the counter to ask if they carried a certain product. I wasn't even finished my sentence when the employee cut me off and told me it's out of stock. When I went to speak again she cut me off again to tell me to come back next week when they get a shipment and maybe they'll have what I'm looking for.
I never expect good customer service from this place, but this was the icing on the cake for me.

Note: there was a second woman working as well who seemed embarrassed by her coworkers behavior.

Who uses the phrase LEAVE THE STORE WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS ASKING ABOUT A PRODUCT? Worst experience ever when you work in the service industry learn how to serve. I have been served by LOGAN and 3 other girls all white worst service the worst behaviour no knowledge of the product and no manners at all. I would not recommend it at all.

Rude employee! Poor handling of customer service! Happy to not return!
A real karen who works there. Get your eyebrows darker next time? I think they make you ruder?
And go get your attitude checked. What an awful person! Wonder why she got cussed out?

Never had this happen kn a Sallys before, i waa racially profiled and literally was let known that i am a thief.when checking oit to make matters more awkward i had to speak slowly for she could not understand a phone number.i planned on purchasing several items, will taking business to Us

I asked if they carried a product and the staff member reacted as if she was offended by my question because they do not carry said product. Did not offer a suggestion.nothing just plain rude:)

The staff here honestly aren’t friendly or helpful and I’d recommend going to any other location… unless you wanna get ignored/walked away from.

I came in with vibrant red/orange hair looking for something to touch up my roots. I took the recommendation of one of their staff and it did nothing but strip my existing color. DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE WANNA BE HAIR STYLISTS.
