The Indian girl was really rude she wouldn’t refund the item and she was trying to stop the other girl to refund. She worked today around 4-30 to 5: 30. When I buyed the product I asked them that would you refund they said yes.

Great location and helpful staff. The employee with blonde/blue hair has helped me twice now. I’m satisfied with the hair colours and accessories I chose. It was an easy process to dye hair at home for the first time.

I feel guilty commenting on Sally's as I probably only go there once a year to replenish my assorted nail files and maybe the odd other specialty nail item. I do feel qualified, however, to say that the ladies there treat you well and can often provide **personal** knowledge of the products they sell.
I have friends and family members who shop there regularly, and as everyone knows, there is no better compliment than a repeat customer. It's also a testament to Sally's dependability that they were one of the first shops to open in that locale, and all these years later they're still there right in the exact same spot. Hope you'll be there a long time to come, ladies!

It is located near 88 Walmart complex. You may get some beauty products, however prices are bit high compare to other stores.

The staff are friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about all of their products that they carry.

The customer service is rude and cold. I asked to find a product and the girl kept talking on the phone ignoring me. So I waited for her to finish her personal conversation then I finally found my item. Learn so manners. Every time I go here the place is empty. I do like the products just not the service. Retrain your staff on basic etiquette and manners. Teach them how to talk to customers politely. One star for great products, four stars are lost due to mistreatment of your loyal customers.

I went here about two weeks ago (I had curly pink hair) and the girls here were so helpful, they were talkative when I came to the counter and offered to help me find things, I also didn't have my glasses so I had to ask a few times if they could find something for me and they gladfully pointed me in the direction.

It's a smaller size store (3 aisles?) So it can get a little cluttered but not too bad.

Probably the worst location. Customer service wise, they are awful. For best customer service try the White Rock location, or 72 location. Won't be coming back here.

Top notch customer service! Raina and Ashan are amazing! I was on a mission to do my step daughters hair neon pink for her bday and I had no idea where to start, and when I walked into Sally's I received so much help from these two! I wouldn't have been able to do it without them! They walked me through everything I needed and answered all my questions! And than they also introduced me to the Sally rewards to save money! So I recommend if you are a hair dummy like me go see them because they are so nice and helpful! Thanks to them my daughter got her hair done right for her bday!

Was very disappointed how one worker just stood there not very far from my daughter's watching them shop, my daughter's went there to shop not steal anything. I understand that their are people out there that shoplift but to stand at the end of the isle like that staring at them, I was parked right in front of the store, I had to go in and walk around with my girls, won't be bring them back there again.

Bleached my hair last night in prep for dying with Arctic Fox Purple Rain with Poseidon tips, decided to tone out the yellow to have a better neutral/cook base. Went in after dropping my husband off at work to ask for help picking the right one as I'd never toned before (always have just used box dye). Showed her my hair, she gave me 2 boxes of Wella T14. At the register she said "oh do you have developer? " And I said no, I had no idea you needed it. So she grabbed me a bottle from Ion.

Got home, directions say 1pt toner to 2pt developer. So one bottle and 20mils of the 2nd bottle. Great. Waste.

Follow the rest of the directions, set a timer for 30mins.

18mins in i check and it's going green.

Edit:

After fully rinsing and letting it dry, there isn't as much green as originally it looked like.

Also upping from 1* to 3* as she was very nice and it isn't her fault, really, for recommending what she thought would work. I HIGHLY doubt she wanted my hair to be effed up.

From all the Sally locations this one is the worse. Go somewhere else. There products are never replenished, the staff is really rude. The employees seem like they don't want to help customers, they don't even greet customers. New Westminster and the other Surrey location (10 mins down Scott Rd) are way better places to spend your money. The employees are super helpful at other Sally locations, and they seem to always have everything in store

Took a chance with my sis who was hesitant to come here but it was both our first times to a store like this and honestly.it was amazing! Manisha is a gem that girl knows her stuff. It was pretty busy we understand but she took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. Definitely coming back for future supplies the prices are better then other drug store brands.

Staff can be helpful but the prices are confusing. There is one price on the shelves but the club system has changed recently and they won't honour the shelf listed price but instead charge the till price. There are sale posters up on the front windows but when I asked about them I was told it ended yesterday and they couldn't honor it. If its advertised in the store itself it should be honored.

Quite a few beauty needs can be met here for the self doer as well. The staff seem well informed and friendly too.
