Very very bad customer service really
I gave her 50$ bill my bill was like about 38$ something she said i dont hv chnge with that attitude tone, but when she opened the till there was alot of bills over there of $5, $10& even $20
If u have to deal with ur customers u hv to drop that am queen attitude
Am also in same field and i know how to deal with customers
I would like to give 0 star fr ur service

The service is really bad. It will only make you buy more things, and will not give me return color. Managers were also not work time, to help deal with problems.

I walked in looking for a certain hair product. The woman working was so unfriendly. She should NOT be in customer service. If she hadn't heard of a popular hair salon product, she shouldn't be working there.

Me and my sister went in today to grab some bleaching supplies. Zoe was the most cool and helpful employee I’ve ever met! She was very informative and new a ton of information about all the products. And a wide variety of insight on EVERYTHING. She’s fantastic and needs a raise!

Been to this location for the first time. Awesome customer service explained each and every single thing, as this is my first time colouring my hair. She was alone at the store but still managed to take calls, deal with multiple customers. And her name is PRABH asked her while doing payment.

Just wanted to shout out the team here for their amazing knowledge! I am trying to go back to my natural grey-blah blonde (what I described as a kid as "mouse grey") and had already bleached my hair and was looking for toner and a final colour to overlay. The ladies at this location where incredibly knowledgeable helping me compare products to get me there. I was surprised to find that they now call this colour affectionately "mushroom blonde" LOL Needless to say, I got the results I was looking for after purchasing what the girls recommended rather than what I initially came in for. Life saver! The one place in the world I probably WILL ask for help - they actually know what they are talking about here!

This location is Amazing! The ladies who work there are absolutely great and understanding. I recommend this store 1000% as I was running late on Saturday January 2nd from another Sally's and when I came to this location they had just CLOSED! I had to get bleach and developer for a client the very next day. To my absolute surprise the ladies let me in so I can get the couple things I truly NEEDED. Thank you so much ladies! Keep doing good work!

The Gigi honey wax is the worst. It literally ripped apart the skin. Everybody should be aware of this. Poor customer service. All they do is blame it on the person instead of admitting that the wax is horrible.

Horrible service. Bought a hair dryer and took the product out of the box to see how the diffuser clipped on the hair dryer. Unfortunately it didn’t click on, you had to slide it on. Didn’t even use it. Tried to return it 3 days later and they said exchange only after I explained I was not satisfied with the process of having to slide the diffuser instead of having it clip on. No where on the receipt does it say I couldn’t get a refund. It actually says if you’re not totally satisfied return it for a refund. Totally miss leading the public. They told me because of covid they couldn’t resell it. I told them it doesn’t say anything on receipt. They said they weren’t going to throw away the receipts they had to make new ones explaining refunds due to covid. I said I understand but it should have been communicated to me when I bought it. Very poor service with no communication with their customers.

Rating two stars because they do have *some* good products I like, I also used to work there and truly enjoyed working for the company. Since then, I have gone to hair school and become a certified hairdresser. Due to this, I hardly ever stop in at Sally’s Beauty anymore and when I do, it’s for a quick browse due to being in the area.

Today I came in after going to Modern, Cosmo and West Coast looking for a specific come and they had found it. While also there, I picked up a couple other items.

When I went to cash out my items, I did the usual and showed my Professional Card (Twice) and both times it wasn’t signing n. Since I’ve last worked here I’ve changed my number a few times, but eventually we were able to get the correct number but they still rang me through. They started telling my pro-card was expired (however, when I worked here we’d never leave an expiry date for professionals). Fine I thought, so I showed them my photo of my certification for hairdressing and still that wasn’t enough due to the fact there was no number. It did, have the school I graduate, my name (I also offered to provide ID and an accepted email). I can gladly provide it to management and I sure hope they contact me ASAP because as a former employee (of a manager who has left) and a customer, this is ridiculous.

Moral of the story, I walked out with all my items at the front and went to a different supplier. Shoutout to Cosmoprof.

Terrible experience! I bought many many stuff there and only ONE TIME I wanted to return unused stuff and was refused. I will never go and buy there anymore!

Awful customer service I went there on Friday midday and I was not greeted the clerk looked at me walking towards the till and asked is this a return I said yes. She asked has it been used I stated year she refused to take the return told me they don't take used curling irons back when I told her I was told I could use it and if I didn't like it return it within 60 days. She refused said not this store go back to the store you bought it at. I was shocked I stated the receipt does not say I can not return it. She ignored me. I left and went to the Scott and 88 store and without hesitation they took it back. They understand customer service. This locations is awful I will never ever ever return there again. Management needs to teach their employees proper etiquette and customer service.

I was in the 88th location yesterday flr hair dye, and was told basically all the wrong information. I stopped in to this store today to return the dye and get the proper one. Prab, the manager was so nice, she took her time helping me find exactly what I was looking for and wanted in the first place. She was really knowledgeable, helpful and overall just a nice person. Will definitely make this my "home" store!

I went in there knowing what I wanted and the sales lady pushed different products now my hair is screwed up and way too dark and the wrong tone and I spent near 100$ to get it light enough to make it the colour I want just to make it the colour I had before I lightened it and now I can't lighten it to get it the colour I want it because it's too damaged. Don't give advice unless you actually know what you're talkin about
