In the 40 yrs of owning vehicles I have never made a mistake that has cost me so much and the icing on the cake was the worst experience in my 40 yrs of how a dealership treated me. The job I got done was off warranty and I gave them specific instructions on how I wanted the job done. Not only did they not followed them they made the situation much much worse. I was lied to mislead and parts where broke then lied about none of my instructions where written down and the actually did pretty much everything to sabotage my truck as they could. I know there r good ppl there but the situation I was in they only worried about themselves. I would recommend highly that if u r getting work done there to check the work order before they can proceed and all used parts be looked at before discarded. I’m not sure how I go from here but further investigation is required and maybe even legal action may have to proceed. I like shopping local but not sure how I proceed from here

The lady I dealt with in service was the most helpful and kind individual. Even though we couldn't afford to fix my vehicle there, she offered other companies to get our vehicle home.

I recently had an engine oil change on my truck. The staff was courteous and efficient. I dropped by to take advantage of the Mobile 1 promo and was very disappointed to learn in spite of being a regular customer I did not qualify for the $40 off as there was no Mobile 1 on site.
I have one or two punches remaining on the card and then will be looking for alternative options.

I was happy to get in on time and have the services needed completed within an hour. On time. Great service!

I can’t say enough about this place. I got a flat tire on the Friday night of the August long weekend called them Saturday morning and they had tires and a way to put them on for me right away. I arrived at 9: 30 and was on my way by1045. The quick lube guys were amazing. I am so thankful my long weekend was spent with my bestie not trying to find tires and make it home to PG in time for work on Monday. Thank you

Sold me a car with pure black tyranny fluid had to flush 3 times; and the tyranny was half gone when I bought it, and ian barged in and and demanded 2g more lololol, wasn't fun bring harassed by Ian personally before I was even out of thr hospital after a collision, had his secretary pull 6 year old files to.message me personally and harass me

Charge $450 to diagnose my truck $150 to plug a hole then $150 to splice a wire less than a week later check come on again took it back diagnose again free of charge spliced another wire free gave truck back to me said still not fixed need to diagnose again ($450) to find the problem.
So why did I have to pay $800 to have my truck NOT fixed

We were traveling though Salmon Arm on our way from Calgary to Vancouver when our Tesla got a hole in one of the tires and was losing pressure fast. We called up GM just minutes before closing and they welcomed us into the shop, staying 45 min overtime to repair our tire and get us safely back on the road. Spencer was so gracious and welcoming and made us feel like we were not inconveniencing them in the least and Mike did a great job on the repair. They offered us drinks and restrooms and good conversation while we waited. We are so grateful for the fast and friendly service!

We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Ian Gray's Salmon Arm GM and we couldn't be happier! Not only is the SUV amazing! But for us, working with this particular dealership has been the best experience! Right from the get-go we were treated with kindness by their amazing sales staff (Darren Hickson is our guy!). Not only were we shocked when he listened to everything we were looking for, but it was like being there with a friend, not a pushy sales rep. So when it came time to buy our daughter's first vehicle last year, we trusted them 100%. We told Darren our safety concerns and everything we were looking for, keeping in mind this was a first vehicle for them so we just wanted something simple, and he delivered! We've now just purchased our 3rd vehicle and we can't even begin to fully express how kind the entire team at Ian Gray's has been! They truly make us feel like family EVERY time we go in, whether it's routine maintenance on a current vehicle, or shopping for a new one, they always make our experience relaxed and fun! Kaitie in the finance department is literally pure sunshine! She takes the time to answer all of our questions about warranties and upgrades, never pushes us into a package if we don't want them, but always helps us decide if something is right for us. While Darren might be our go-to sales guy, Rod always takes the time to come say hi to us when we come in! All if the staff in the service department are equally wonderful to deal with! When my Dad finally decided he was in need of a new truck, he was hesitant to come with us to Ian Gray's only because he's always been loyal to a different brand (not wanting to throw anyone under the bus here, lol) but we said just go to Ian Gray's, meet the staff, see what they have, you just never know. And it was the staff that 100% sold him because even though he was a 1st time customer, he was treated with handshakes, smiles and a feeling of family right away! Once again, Darren took the time to listen to his needs and by the end of afternoon Dad went from 'window shopping' to purchasing his new truck, and he loves it! This dealership is more than just somewhere to buy a vehicle, it really IS that place where they treat you like family and they always do their best to make sure you're happy with everything! Words really can't describe how lucky we feel to have found them. We look forward to being forever-clients!

Grateful for Ian and his awesome team. We found them to be honest, kind and reliable. Having unexplainable car issues while 7 months pregnant isn’t the best situation to be stuck in but they took care of us.
I would definitely recommend their service and when the time comes we will be shopping here for a new vehicle.

I came here after moving from ontario, my home dealership treated me like garbage and was not helpful at all. After coming here i was able to make progress and offered a deal to help me fix my truck without paying as much as I would have since my dealership didnt help me within my warranty. I highly suggest this place!

Road tripping to the coast heard a sound on the front end. Went to see if the service bay was open. Was not open Saturday. Went to ask the guys in the quick lube for directions to a possible garage open on the weekend. They looked over the vehicle right away and fixed the issue. Loose lugnuts apparently. Great friendly guys best experience ever.

Ian, Rod, Garick and Karen were so incredibly knowledgeable when we stopped by the dealership last weekend! We were greeted by Garick, who not only welcomed us with a big smile and hearty handshake, he also went the extra mile to greet our dogs, who came along for the ride, and he even invited the dogs into the dealership, where our precious fur babies were welcomed and spoiled by the ENTIRE staff! We were treated by everyone as if we were life long friends. The kindness shown to us was very genuine and sincere! There was ZERO stress, obligation or aggressive sales pitches made! My husband described this as, "the absolute BEST automotive shopping experience of my life", and I totally agree! The staff not only showered our pups with so much kindess, they also offered to watch Cooper and Dakota so that my husband and I were able to test drive the car together! This entire experience was beyond exceptional from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! I wish I could give them 10 Stars instead of just five! I highly recommend this wonderful dealership, and so does my husband and our dogs. LOL! I bought my truck new from these guys and had my front done with 3M. I tried contacting them about the sub par job on my 3M and nothing was done about it. Paid $1000 to have it done and this is the craftsmanship their company puts out. They would not resolve the problem
