Salmon Arm Medical Clinic

Every time I've been to this clinic, regardless of the problem, the answer I get is the same:
"Yeah, that happens sometimes. No, I'm not going to recommend anything be done about it. "

Knee pain, back pain, wrist pain accompanied by a centimetre-wide lump sticking out of the wrist, erectile dysfunction brought on by antidepressants; I've visited for each of these, and walked out with no advice and no direction each time.

Front of house staff have always been kind and attentive! Dr. Sawatzky-Martens has been wonderful to work with and we have really appreciated his help and knowledge. Excellent doctor!

The 2 stars are for reception as I've had the misfortune of having been seen by a person I refuse to acknowledge as a physician, Mr Welder.

The worst service in Salmon Arm! The receptionist have a horrible actitude towards foreigners. This kind of people shouldn't be working in the medical field if they don't like people from other countries. She should be fired for mistreat the patients. I don't know her name but she works on Saturdays.

Waited 1.5hr with my child having 105f fever for the evening clinic to open.
Waited in line with 5 or 6 others then turned away to do full volume.
What a joke.

Dr welder.what can I say, my back is broken, my l6 and7 were crushed I lost 25% of my l6 vertebrae and when diagnosed he missed it!? I came back to his office 2 weeks later due to incessant pain thinking I must have a twisted nerve and he told me at that time it was broken. I had been doing extensive stretching, my back just hurts now and probably will for life. Worst doctor ever. Never see this person.

Went inside door and pushed button to let them know I was there for dr appt was taken in and right to dr office after using hand sanitizer. I had no wait time which was nice. Signs up for the pharmacy right inside door on how many people inside at a time which is 3

Needed to see a doctor on a Saturday and called in to ensure the clinic was open. Got told yes and to come back at 4 because it is my family doctor and they only take patients for walk ins after 4. Went to work in pain, and came back at 4 only to find out the doors were closed and that they were closed at 2. Not super happy because of this I am risking losing my job because it makes me look like a fool

Never been here before. Was there about 20 mins total. Doctor Rose was excellent and helpful! Thank you

I wish Cliniques in Quebec are as good as this. I waited like 5 min to see doctor here who was so nice and attentive.

Wonderful care by all doctors; patient, kind and knowledgeable. You are treated as a whole person.

Dr. Sawatzky-Martens is the nicest doctor ever! The ladies at reception are always very sweet and helpful too! Very kind, compassionate people:)

My wife and I had to drop by this clinic. Although I don't live in this town, everyone was very warm and kind. The doctor was one of the best doctor we've ever met, and we truly appreciate his advice and help.
