They work magic in a minute. Thank you so much James for punching my toes out on a pair of new DC snowboard boots. Without your help my feet would still be numb and probably would have lost my big toenails. You all listen very well and turn bricks into moccasins. Thanks you so much for saving the day.

The Salomon whistler village store and boot fitting lab team are outstanding!
Their professionals did an amazing job looking after me and my unique situation.
My liners needed replacing due to damage from another boot fitting store.
Michael the store’s ASM went to great lengths to ensure I got the best outcome and the liners were replaced with a brand new pair that were the better then the old liners. These were then heat moulded to my boots and feet.
I’m very appreciative of all the work the Salamon boot lab team put in, to ensure my ski boots were both comfortable and the performance was not compromised.

Special mention to Mickael (ASM), Jeremy, James, Leyton and Eliza for their outstanding professionalism and kindness throughout my experience.

Rentals and gear were good, but I’ve never had a good experience with the boot fitters there

Longest I’ve ever waited to collect pre-ordered skis. We waited in a queue for over an hour. Really poor customer service.

My brother and I both went to Salomon for baskets for our ski poles. Michal was super helpful and friendly and put baskets on our poles for free. Thank you Michal!

It takes the staff forever to set up a set of equipment.slower than the dmv in the states.unbelievable

The service is fast, I belive I got charged extra as a performance package added up to over $130 for one day.the boots were the Cheapest boots Salomon sells.and the attention was rather poor. It was my first time in Whistler and was expecting some advice maybe in the rental also about the kind of skiis I needed for that day. On the other side while returning and conpleting the waivers, the other workers were really nice.

Great service from Michael at Salomon Whistler, always professional and knowledgable. I was weighing up my options regarding shoes and am super happy with my new salomon speedcross. Excellent shoes suited perfectly to Whistler terrain!
