I would simply say I am highly disappointed. I went in for a curtain bang for my birthday coming up and all my hair needed was just a trim. Because the hairdresser was so kind and sweet, I was unable to tell her.
Also, No one at the front desk or reception asked me if I was satisfied with the service or if these was something that they could do for me to be satisfied. She did not even look at my face or my newly cut bangs.
I'm not at all happy with the service.
The only reasons I went in was because the salon I go to was fully booked for the day. And I went in because it's also close to my house, but I'll never go again.

I have been getting a cut and color with Jodie for over a decade now and I recommend her to anyone. I trusted her with people in my wedding party and she did an awesome job! All of the staff there are highly qualified in their trade and you won't be disappointed.

Overpriced, overhyped haircuts. I showed the hairstylist the picture of what hairstyle I want for my kid even then she couldn’t get it done properly. I found her excuse to be a bit weird as she said that picture we showed her was of a kid with blonde hair. I don’t understand how that makes any difference to the hair style?

They did a great job on my bottom layers but they did a terrible job on my curtain bangs. I felt as if the didn’t understand what they were doing because they were unsure most of the time. Although staff was nice and they used good products. They also gave a relaxing massage before they cut my hair.

First time was great. Then I rebooked for hair coloring in one month as I am leaving on Vacation. Couple of weeks later they rebooked my appointment. When I arrive at the appointment was told they booked me wrong she can't do my hair 1 week before big vacation so frustrated. Never going again.

Met with a hair stylist I have used in the past for root touch up. While her services are decent, her customer service leaves a lot to be desired. That was the reason I stopped using her in the first place.

I went back after a couple of years today, only to find out her prices had doubled and though I asked her for the cost prior to my appointment over our texting conversation, she ignored that question. I figured there was some increase and that was to be expected after 3 years. I don’t have a problem with a reasonable increase but had a serious sticker shock!

When she presented me the bill, it was almost double the price I paid in April 2019. This is abnormal business practice. I came away feeling cheated. And I even tipped her.pressed the tip option before realizing how much she had increased her price. Had the price been communicated to me when I asked, I wouldn’t come way feeling unhappy. The service wasn’t worth the price — there was colour stains along my hairline too that I had to come home and scrub away.

Stylists can set their own prices of course, but it is unfair business practice to not communicate the same if you have chosen to double the price on a returning customer.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Salon Couture. I have been seeing Jodie for over 10 years and she is amazing. Always knows just what I want. I feel like a pampered movie star when I'm done. Wish I could have her wash my hair every other day, she has magic fingers!

The person who pays them is only welcomed there other person are not.today i went with my sister in law, the stylish she just took my sister in law inside she didn't even ask me to wait in car for while.i was just standing on the reception counter for a while.i understand bcz of corona not many people are allowed inside but i would be felt more welcomed if she just talk to me and tell me to wait in car.

I only get my hair cuts done by Sharon.she is absolutely amazing personally and professionally. Love her work

Nira is super good! U can tell she really puts the effort in cutting your hair. 10/10 haircut w layers and long bangs to frame the face

I was very nervous about getting my hair cut, but I got the courage to book an appointment with Nira. (I watched a couple of videos before my appointment as to see what I wanted done with my hair.) I explained to Nira what I wanted, and she suggested what I should get done. I was extremely please with the hair style. I was also shown how to style my hair, what products to use and how to use them. She also curled my hair for more volume (complimentary, of course).

The staff are all professional too. I would highly recommend Salon Couture and looking forward to my next highlights and style.

I absolutely love this place. So personal and make you feel at home. Give your hair extra love to make u feel as beautiful as possible. I’ve recently tried places closer to home after moving farther away and have be extremely disappointed in the lack of detail and education to color/cut and paying attention to what the customer is asking for oppose to what they think you should do. I always leave salon couture feeling beautiful and cared for. Great establishment and great family and stylists. Can not wait to get back in and see these wonderful stylists ️ she’s also knew I was going out for my anniversary and spent extra time to curl my hair so gorgeously. My guys still talks about out great I looked that night. So thank you

Nira was great! She was very kind and listened intently to what I wanted. She explained what she was going to do throughout the whole cut/colour and confirmed that it was what I wanted. I highly recommend!

I had asked for a trim and the front pieces of hair to frame the face unfortunately I made the mistake of trusting my hairdressers option and countinied to wait for the cut/style to get better, thinking it’ll look better once it’s done. In the end I turned out having the same hair as the persons who cut it and there’s a large age difference, meaning I look awkwardly older and I’m stuck with a terrible cut for god knows how long. I would not recommend going here unless you are willing to bark orders at your hairdresser because I truly don’t believe they have good instincts for what looks good on any given individual.
