Very rude and dismissive. The appointment was rushed and his diagnosis was unhelpful. Would definitely recommend going elsewhere.

These bad reviews are nothing but lies I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Samad as well as getting operated by him. The most knowledgeable, professional, & skilled ENT surgeon in the country.he truly does make a impact on people lives for the better, as he’s done for me. I couldn’t be happier with my results & experience. If you are worried more about customer service then getting treated go to a restaurant. Thank you Dr. Samad

I have been coming to this office for 3-4 years, and have always had a good experience. Dr Imran is always very kind and professional, as are his staff. He is the only doctor I go to to get my ears cleaned, I have had other doctors perforate my ear drum because they use water. Dr Imran is very accurate, gentle, and thorough. So glad I found him!

Think again before booking with this ENT specialist. I visited as I was experiencing dizziness. The dr came into the room and performed an "assessment" (if you can call it that) and as he was walking out the door have me a piece of paper and said "this is what you have" and it had instructions on the back of different techniques to try.

Clearly this dr is in it just for the money or he doesn't actually like seeing patients. The Dr didn't care to explain his diagnosis nor did he display any genuine care of passion for what he was doing. The appointment was rushed, and he came across a cold and unapproachable.

Don't believe the bad reviews. Dr.was extremely kind, informative and caring. As well as the ladies at the front desk. Smiles greeted me when I arrived. It was my first time here. Trust them, the people who complained must live life as a complainer.
Feel confident with this doctor. I'm retired paramedic.

Dr. Samad is a bully. I had an appointment today morning June 12th 2023, and this so called dr entered room with an intimidating body posture, interrogating me instead of assessing. I explained l was with post Ramsay hunt symptoms. I added that l am doing chemo therapy currently as well. He barely made eye contact and while still looking at papers, he said something l didn’t hear, and when l asked for clarification he literally shouted at me, repeating ‘doing chemo for what cancer? ’. I was shocked to see his horrifying face and body gesture with his raised ton of voice. I asked ‘why are you attacking me? ’ He replied ‘lm not’. With his lack of sense of consciousness and denial l decided to immediately leave the room at the middle of the visit as he appeared like a perditor to me. Medicine has gone so wrong with these so called drs representing it.

Also, l interacted with one of his staff when entered to do initial paper work, she barely looked at me and l felt no sense of human working together in a medical set up. In this office you’ll get no compassion, no empathy no professional care.

Front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. Why wait 2 hours if we booked an appointment. Front desk girl told me that you can go if you can’t wait. Literally horrible experience here

Seriously questioning the 5-star reviews below - did you guys get paid for writing those pieces? Never had my mother received such rude service from ANYWHERE in her life. My elderly mother (70 year old) came for a consultation, and was literally told to get out because she speaks little English. I was on the phone with her throughout the process and was literally told no service because the so-called "doctor" doesn't deal with phone translators. Get of your high horse! You are a doctor, and a pay-for-service practitioner. There are other better doctors/clinics in town where we'd glad to pay for! Ps. My mother came out of your clinic crying. Good job making a 70-year old woman cry. Shame! Karma will get you!

I was a little worried about the negative reviews, but I didn't experience any of the issues mentioned in them. I didn't have to wait very long and Dr. Samad listened to what I had to say and was able to help me.

I've been suffering from severe sinus problems for about 3 years, Dr. Samad helped me to breathe again! He is very knowledgeable and kind. Also, the receptionists are very nice Especially PRIYE, once she found out that my situation is getting worse she put me on urgent surgery list and she finished everything for me in 2 months! Thank you guys for everything!

Reviews are not accurate at least from my experience. Was very worried at first but it was a positive experience.

All I heard from the doctor was “I don’t know. ” And even there was no follow up. I also don’t know why did I wait for 2 months.

The worst Dr. I know. Because:
1. He did sinus polyps surgery for me. After the surgery, my nose bleed more than ten times;
2. I need to tell you that it was not the normal bleeding, it was flood bleeding. I called ambulance three times.
3. But Dr. Samad did nothing for post surgery even I called him for emergency cases. He just let me go to hospital for stopping bleeding.
4. He even suggested me to check my blood coagulation. He would like to transfer me to blood department even he saw me suffer from bleeding every day.
5. I tried to search other specialist for second option. But it was difficult to find another specialist without reference. Dr. Samad even didn't want to refer me to other Dr.
6. Finally, I found a walk in Dr.who was willing to refer me to see a second specialist for help.
7. Every step I did mentioned above was along with bleeding. I thought I would die then.

I hope this review can be seen by Dr. Imran Samad. Stop your career please! You are not qualified (attitude and professionals)! But the worst thing is that you don't realize how worse you are.

I had a great experience with Dr. Samad and his team. Dr. Samad was friendly and courteous, and reassuring on the day of surgery - even the nurse at the hospital told me that they all think he's the nicest doctor.

Good doctor. Direct and straight to the point. But I guess that’s why people don’t like him? Reception staff a little rude and dismissive. But overall a good experience with Dr. Samad

I wanted to give this doctor the benefit of a doubt after reading so many bad reviews about him. I am not the type to judge someone based on reviews but as soon as this doctor walked in the room, he didn't even say hi or hello and just waited for me to tell him the reason I came in for. He was very abrupt and condescending and I didn't feel comfortable expressing my concerns. Overall, his bedside manner needs a lot of work and he needs to be more friendly and approachable to his patients.
