John was wonderfully helpful and patient! He installed a new computer, keyboard and monitor for me, along with an external CD/DVD drive/player. John proceeded to answer all my many (!) questions and to assist me in beginning to learn the new screens and applications. I very much appreciated all his expertise, understanding and explanations, and look forward to his assistance in the future with the purchase and installation of a new printer to accompany my new computer and monitor! Recently had my computer serviced by Same Day Geek and they were amazing. Dmitry was extremely professional and explained what the problem could have been and why with my computer as he was fixing the issue and made sure to try everything to find the problem. My computer is now working great! Great service and would use this company again!

Thank you same day geek for fixing my Toshiba Satellite laptop computer in a timely manner. I called on a Family day long weekend, and left a message. 10 minutes later my call was returned and 20 minutes after that my broken computer was in their capable hands. I had a broken power cord/input to computer receptacle issue which was fixed as well as a full cleanup inside. Thanks geeks!
