I had been working with Sand Dollar Mortgages just when the market prices were rising at heart stopping speed. The over asking prices and red hot market quickly priced me out. Some time later I finally found something in my price range, Faye quickly crunched the numbers and confirmed I could do it. She and Liz worked their magic and got me a really great rate. Such a great rate a family member who was renewing with one of the big banks was surprised it was so much lower than hers. My Notary even went out of her way to tell me what an excellent rate I had.

My home buying process took longer than planned but when things finally came together for me, Liz and Faye knocked it out of the park. Thanks ladies!
