Sandman Hotel & Suites Abbotsford

The front desk receptionist Venus and Ryan were phenomenal and a great pleasure to be served by and made my transaction super easy. Very smooth and welcoming staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Thank you

We really liked the family suite with 2 adult size bunk beds. Will book it again next year.

Everything was great except the over stuffed pillows. They were so high and lumpy that I had to sleep without one.
The room was a good size with a kitchen, living room, balcony, bedroom, and washer and dryer. (You need to bring your own detergent) Although my room was across from the elevator and ice/ vending machine, it was very quiet. I would stay there again, but I would bring my own pillows.

Party in the banquet was amazing, Room was spacious and clean Really good service. Venus on the front desk was really amazing and helpful

We were staying at the sandman Abbotsford and we had the best customer service by Venus and Shorna, they were very knowledgeable and friendly with always a great smile and making sure we were completely satisfied with our rooms. Wonderful representation for the hotel, a big Kudos to your hotel but specially to Venus and Shorna for taking care of us, Merry Christmas and thank you from all of us at Westjet.

I travel alot for work and stay at various hotels across the country as well as internationally.

Sandman Abbotsford really stands out for me. I was lucky enough to spend three continuous nights here during the holidays, and the service is simply amazing.

I want to give a big thank you to Venus and Shrona, who went above and beyond to get me a room with a bigger bed. They didn't hesitate to take care of everything.

Excellent customer service, unfortunately, is a rarity these days. Venus, Shrona, and the rest of the wonderful staff at Sandman Abbotsford, definitely have those rare skills to make a guest feel special.

It was an amazing stay in Abbotsford, room was spacious and clean. Venus on front desk was very kind and helpful.

I dropped by and went to the concierge to inquire about their rooms, amenities and other services for my family's trip and I was assisted by Venus at the front desk. She was awesome and very accomodating to all of my inquiries.

It was good stay at sandman. I came for work and was very convenient to check in. Venus on the front desk made it effortless. Room was well organised and spacious.

I have never gone but I will be coming for a little so exited to stay beat it is amazing:)

This is one of two Sandman location in Abbotsford.

Stayed here this past year in a large suite. The room was really spacious and had a washer and dryer, and a full-sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and stove-top. This comes in super handy for longer stays.

The rooms at this location are older than the Airport location. The carpet in the room seemed like it was just thrown on top of an old floor as there were a couple spots in the floor that dipped a bit. The bathrooms especially were outdated and needed a major renovation. Otherwise, the room itself was super functional and large. We also had a balcony. Upon check-in, we were also surprised by a little gift bag with some snacks and goodies. I’m not sure if this was the norm or if it was because we had booked an almost two week stay with them.

We were also surprised by the free pre-packaged muffins (surprisingly tasty), granola bars and coffee/tea set out every morning by staff for guests which was a nice treat for a quick bite. This hotel is also conveniently located across from a Superstore where you can grab anything you may possibly need during your stay.

The location itself is easily accessible from surrounding streets. It can get a bit sketchy at night in the parking lot. The floors in this hotel are only accessible by hotel key card for safety.

We had recurrent issues with our hotel room key cards. During our almost 2 week stay, we had to get new keys issues a few times. But staff were
more than happy to assist with this and acknowledged it was a common issue.

All in all, a good option for a place to stay in Abbotsford. Just needs a reno! Just wish there were nicer hotel options in Abbotsford.

Best hotel to live in Abbotsford. Everything is very closeby and accessible. Had short stay here, loved the room with balcony. Staff is very polite especially Venus. She recommended us good places to hang out. Will recommend everyone this hotel to stay.

While checking in, Venus from the front desk had taken our last min request and was able to accommodate us. Needless to say we were very appreciative.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and once again it does not disappoint. Best place to stay by far in Abbotsford.

On the day that I was meant to catch a flight back to Toronto, I had forgotten to pack my iPad and had a flight to catch in an hour upon realizing that it was left behind during checkout. Sarah and Ryan had coordinated the delivery of the iPad to the Abbotsford airport, just in time for my flight.

I would definitely stay in this hotel when I am in the area again.
