Clean, comfortable, quiet, child friendly, and welcoming staff.
My husband stayed in this hotel for work. My 2-year-old daughter and I came to visit him. The staff, Simran, was very helpful and kind. I appreciated that she gave a hand and warmly welcomed.

Simran was lovely, professional and kind. Check-in was a breeze. Maintenance was also very helpful. All in all a great stay.

I stay in this hotel for work all the time. The staff is great and very helpful, especially Simran at the front desk. It’s missing the gaudy decor of the sandman signature but I don’t care for that stuff anyway. My only complaint is the steam room doesn’t get very hot. I’ve been getting much more use out of the fitness room since they added the free weights.

This hotel used to be awesome. I used to stay there all the time but they decided to up their rates and ask for ridiculous damage deposit.nobody seems too know what they are doing and its impossible too get any help.last time I booked a room I booked one with a kitchenette and didn't even get it, but they still charged me the same price. I will never stay there again.

My mom required an extended stay due to a fire in her complex. Not only were the staff friendly but ensured she had everything she needed during the stay.

Stayed a week for work. The day I left I got bed bugs in room 106, informed the hotel and nothing was done, no compensation. Had to throw out all my clothes.

Best bang for the buck's and I would love it if you could get some more information about it.

This is unfair to rate as only a 2 star hotel. It’s really very good. I had a 1 bedroom suite that was better than any 4 star hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff are kind and very helpful and the rooms are nice. I highly recommend this hotel. Regardless of whom you deal with I guarantee they are kind and helpful.

I usually stay here quite often.but, the last couple times, I been calling to reserve the room I want! An when I get there, they say: I never received any confirmation from me calling so after the 2nd time.we don't stay here anymore.
Parking is always full on weekends

Very impressed. Everything is new, the room is clean and stocked with toiletries, towels glasses. It had a kitchenette.

The room was clean and nice. The staff was average. I had to park at the strip mall across the street. Definitely some unsavory people in this area of town.

Don't leave anything in your car valuable or not you will lose anything in view.the homeless have taken over the whole place

The staff was really kind. They even let me check in a few hours early. Will definitely be going back.

Checked in, got an outside room, 2nd floor no elevator, room was very hot and the AC wasn't functioning. Called the front desk who had me check the AC unit, then advised us to come back to the lobby. We got another room, without a fridge or microwave, and this room also had a malfunctioning AC unit. We went to the lobby and the receptionist was told about it but didn't seem to care. We would definitely not recommend the Sandman in Prince George

Pool was very nice, bathroom way to small for adult and child, need better selection for tv channels

If you must stay here if your passing through I would say it’s an excellent over night hotel. Cleaning staff is unbelievably friendly. BUT there were several thing that weren’t really ideal if you are here for more than a day. The sauna, computer/printer room and laundry room were out of service to begin with. They don’t let you know that when you are booking. The sauna was disgusting it smelt like mildew and mold and could see it needed a good scrub. The pool was gross you could see a rim around the pool where the tile and water meets. Very small beds (double) and not very many options to upgrade.a queen with no fridge or microwave or a room with 2 double beds and then a fridge and microwave. I feel like they could definitely upgrade the bed sizes in the rooms. Other then that wasn’t a horrible stay! Also the food at the dennys attached to this hotel is NOT the best. I’d recommend trying somewhere else!

A bit dated, but comfortable. Staff is all around wonderful, helpful and available. Rooms with kitchenette come in two configurations - apartment layout and not apartment layout. If you are staying for the long term, the layout of the 'not apartment' gets a bit old and uncomfortable.

They have some exercise equipment - no weights - and a pool/sauna. Lots of options for food near by and easy access to the highway. Street and lot parking only - not much room for rigs or trailers here.

I always enjoy my stays here and the few things I can gig it on are easy to over look when everything else equals a good stay.

Room was gross. Dirty. Building is run down. Dennys, part of hotel, served dirty coffee cup, meal was ok, then desert was delivered with only half the ingredients. Won't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.

Dirty Hotel, they don't clean anything including elevator. Will not stay here again, Covid in the excuse March 14/22.

Stayed here twice recently because my company booked it.
Rooms were clean, staff were pleasant, but this is most probably the worst hotel I have stayed in for noise. I know it's not the hotels fault if guests have no respect for others, but this is not the place to get a good night's sleep.

Didn't have the opportunity to spend the night just there to visit family and enjoy some take out. Still beautiful suites!

The staff were awesome. GREAT customer service and decent rate. However, the room was not clean. It smelled of mildew and the shower head was too caked with something to use. There were breath mints stuck to the bathroom floor which obviously had been there awhile and the toilet was not working properly. I was surprised considering it is Covid times. I will not recommend this hotel nor will I stay here again.

The suites are pretty much the same as an extremely nice 1 bedroom apartment including kingsize bed fridge stove dishwasher and balcony, absolutely beautiful

Room is clean.
Not that quiet from the noise next door or in the hall.
The preferred price at the desk is higher than the all booking website.
There was power outage at the hotel (my bad luck), the room got very cold.
For all the reasons, did not rate 4 stars. I mean I could understand the power outage is not hotel's issue but I did not have a very nice stay that night.

$155 a night way over priced
First off the parking at this location is bad for trucks.the room we got was upstairs bad access for elevator lt was at the top of stairs it was very noisy the door had huge gaps could see people! The room was not very nice for the money.we asked for cutlery to be brought to our room to had a staff member bring it to us with out a mask or gloves we are lucky we where not exposed to Covid. We only stayed one night and would not return i sent multuple emails with no response for headcorders with no responce shame on you for no customers service

Worst wifi I’ve ever seen in a hotel, can’t load something simple on a iPhone. Better have data if your staying here and front desk doesn’t do anything about it.

Was very nice to stay at Sandman, we're treated very well. The people, rooms and hotels are always friendly and clean, they were sanitizing all the time. We feel welcomed and safe. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I absolutely love #Delanos. The menu is good, staff are awesome, and the food is always spot on.if not they'll make it again. I appreciate that when I go no matter who is with me, they always mention my name and ask about my day etc.really appreciate with all the clients, they still remember my name and always have a big smile for me n my guests.kudos

Booked a room when checked in then got to the room there was sand on the bed a big too the room did not look like it was very clean.furniture was scratched up looked well worn.the price for that dumpy room was a whopping $200.00.we go to pg often and decided to try this place.a mistake.we left went to canadas best value inn clean rooms for half the price

When arrived to our hotel witch they allowed us to check in early. We found our room to be clean and cozy.

This hotel is one of the cleanest and nicest that I have been in in a long time. Especially for the price the rooms are big enough they could sit three people in there comfortably and not feel cramped the beds are so so comfortable and everything looks new and has a new feel to it staff is friendly and very helpful no questions are left unanswered. I highly recommend this face

Went to the Denny's there. Predictably it was between 'meh' and 'alright' quality for service and food.

The staff here is 1st class.they never leave any questions or requests unanswered.very professional which is a very nice attribute. Rooms are suited for the long term with full kitchens and nice appliances. I would highly recommend this establishment for long stays.lots of amenities within close proximity. The afternoon guy is a true rockstar.

The hotel was overrun with refugees so we were not expecting the best service, but we were still unimpressed.

Im not one to leave bad reviews but sometimes its justified. Went there with a group for a competition and rooms were not cleaned, to the point there was food on the floor by the bed of one room, the pool is small which if fine but the small broken pieces of glass that were on the deck wasnt ok especially when I was cut two different nights by them. Proof the area wasn't cleaned in days. The parking sucks unless you drive a bike.
