Simar and Hitesh were great at the reception. The exceptional service and amazing food is the reason that will bring me back again.

Really great value for mini luxury hotel. You have mostly everything. I was also accommodated very well, the staff are friendly and very reliable, especially Simar.

What an awesome place to stay, check in staff were very friendly and professional. The Rockford restaurant happy was spectacular

I have been staying at the sandman signature hotel for 1 week, I’m booked for 2 but this may change, not once has anyone come to make the bed, change towels or do anything, I work long hours and come back to relax but get back to be frustrated, I could be back and forth from my province to Prince George for a period of 6-8 months, I’ve stayed at other sandman’s and had great service, will I return after this visit? Probably not

This place seems like it has given up, rarely service for your room, hallways are dirty all the time, no money put back into the hotel, broken lights, toilets, microwaves. Beds need new mattresses, I stay here due to my company liking the chain. If you have options, search alternatives.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Sandman Signature recently! We had mixed it up with Sandman Suites and had expected a lower price for the room. However, Simar graciously upgraded us to a room with a full kitchen and living room. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful! Thank you, Simar!

I have been staying at the Sandman Signature Hotel in Prince George for almost six months, twice a week. Harman has been super good to me every time I stay there. She takes care of my needs and makes sure I get a good night's rest in extremely comfortable settings. In fact, all the staff from the head manager to the service people are always there to help me have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, The Rockford restaurant has very healthy, great food and it shows because I have lost 20lbs over the last six months. All with a good functional gym, followed by a delicious meal.

- Bathroom tiles had chunks of grout sticking out, had to lay a towel on floor to avoid injury to feet. Sink was very, very slow to drain. Room had an odor to it. Elevator floor tiles were in bad shape, front door was out of service for last night of my stay which meant a long walk in frigid temps. Overall, the hotel needs a major renovation, which is sad considering the hotel is only about 13 years old. Staff at front desk seemed indifferent to my observations.

Simar & Hitish checked me in and were awesome. No complaints about this stay, it was great

I'm a senior traveling on my own. I felt welcomed and safe. Very easy to move my luggage into my room. I am a committed Sandman client. Thanks to Harman at the front desk who was so friendly and welcoming.

The pool and hot tub are basic but we love the location for shopping. It’s away from downtown core which makes it feel safe and quiet

Kardik K was working on the front desk. I was upset because pop machines were empty and I expressed how upset I was as it was late and I had a small child with me and could not leave hotel to buy pop. This man went over and above to buy me two cans. So thoughtful and so kind. Delivered to my room with out me asking after I was short with him. Great customer service

Staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Harman & Kajal were efficient and made my stay stress free. Everytime I check in here I feel very important even though I’m am no superstar. Thank you for the great accommodations and great service.
