I stayed at this hotel in October for 1 night. At that time I paid deposit with my credit card and they still don’t refund the deposit even though there was no damage in the room. I already contacted two times with them about deposit refund, that time they said it sometimes takes 2-3month and they don’t know when the money refunds. I have no idea how long should I have to wait more. I want to escalate this situation with concierge if it is possible.

Other service was good, everyone was kind and room condition was good.

I just don’t recommend if someone uses a credit card from other countries because of the deposit issue.

Pool area was not supervised despite there being a sign for children under 19 not being allowed with no supervision. I was trying to enjoy the hot tub that was full of girls no older than 16 who were filming, holding phone chargers over the water and drinking starbucks in the hot tub.on top of that, there were kids going down the water slide multiple people at a time with no life guard and screaming at the top of their lungs. I notified the front desk and was told they would look into it but that consisted of them just watching it all happen but not stopping the children. I also paid extra to upgrade my room to two queen beds which was specified on my reservation only to see my room was two doubles, not queens, which I paid extra for. I am supposed to stay in richmond again in march and wanted to stay here again but after this experience I am leaning towards staying in a completely different hotel.

Spent an hour on the phone with the front desk and the call center making a corporate reservation for my partner and myself for her coming to visit, making sure that she could be the one to check in with my reservation. Gave her my ID to show the front desk with matching addresses so there wouldn't be any issues. I was at work and didn't have time to go for check in. Front desk told me multiple times not a problem she can check it and they will Honor the discount. Well she gets there and calls me the hotel has cancelled my reservation because I didn't go to check in personally, and rebooks for almost double the price because she is the one that arrived. Refused to do anything about it other than said they would Honor it if I could make it to the hotel in time.

I booked a one night stay at Sandman and I got at the wrong shuttle bus that took me to the Sandman signature hotel. As I was quiet disappointed because there was no indication (on the phone, website or even from the driver that there are two different shuttles) the receptionist, Kay, responded very professionally and offered me a taxi voucher to get me to the other location. Thank you for being so thoughtful!

It was confortable and the free shuttle to the airport was vert convinient.
And Yash was very kind to deal with my all requests.

We stayed here after an Alaskan cruise out of Vancouver. The location is not very close to downtown, but only a quick Uber or Lyft away. The hotel lobby feels upscale, and the rooms are modern enough and spacious. Our room was clean, and the bed was also comfortable.
The restaurant in the lobby was very good, and Kay, our liaison at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this location and a receptionist girl named Sukhpreet had assisted us. She was very helpful, delightful and professional. All amenities were also good.

Taras at check in fantastic, nicely facilitated late check out for next day, ensured we had a nice quiet room and gave directions and info on local gym, breakfast spots as well! Well done! Thank you, will definitely use Sandman Signature again!

Quick stay as we had a late airport arrival and early departure. The bathroom was a bit outdated. The service from Zain at the front desk was great. Very quick and helped us find our terminal!

Very neat and cozy room and delightfully helpful service from Giuri, who was enthusiastic to give suggestions to things I didn’t even think to ask about and even helped me find somewhere to get breakfast in a hurry, which was very kind of him.

The hotel does seem a little out of the way of the city, but I imagine if I was staying for longer, this wouldn’t have been hard to work around. Apart from that small detail though, excellent. Would happily stay again.

Water was lukewarm; air unit could not be set and was noisy. Otherwise, average hotel but expensive.

Its a great hotel to stay. Room was very clean and spacious. We were on vacation here and we really enjoyed our stay. Chop restaurant has some delicious stake to eat. Denny's is also a good option for 24/7 service. The front desk staff is amazing and welcoming. We interacted with Yash who treated us really well with a very professional and knowledgeable manner. He is one the best front desk agent who provided us exceptional service. We will highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Hotel was alright but the staff at the front desk was exceptional. On arrival, my suitcase was not on the plane and Kay and his colleagues went above and beyond to help me in any way they could. Thanks again for everything!
