THANK YOU! I am Ukranian and have searched high and low to find food just like my Baba used to make. Mmmmmmm mmmmmmm mmmmmmm excellent perogies, cabbage rolls, beet borscht, omg thank you for existing. Nanaimo, please support these amazing hard working ladies, even if you have never tried Ukranian food these ladies will make your belly smile. I don't live here but anytime I come to Nanaimo I have to stop here. Everything was perfection. ️

We just discovered this gem on the island, and really enjoyed the perogies.

We will definitely buy more on our next visit.

I really really wanted to like them as making homemade Ukrainian food is laborous. Unfortunately the cabbage rolls are unseasoned and are 95 percent rice. They charge $5 for a small container of tomato sauce on top of the price for small cabbage rolls, so it's not a good value for basically rice and tomato sauce. The borscht was okay, more flavour but still missing the mark. If you don't like overly spiced food, and things very simple I can see why they're popular but I myself enjoy flavour.

Home made Ukrainian food fresh and frozen at it's best. Owners are on site and available to answer any ingredient or cooking questions.

Had the special yesterday no flavor to the perogies just boiled and slapt in a box, the sausage was barley identifiable as meat. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Tried their beef, rice and onion cabbage rolls and was very disappointed. Bland doesn't even begin to describe them. I had to put my glasses on to try and find the beef in the cabbage roll - it was 90% rice.
I won't be back.

Everything is really bland no face masks while they are cooking or hair nets hint hint. Got pretty much nothing for 15 dollars and my grama would have died if she saw how bad the cabbage rolls were made, I can say with no hesitation that I'm never coming back this isn't real ukrainian food just cheap knock offs for a ridiculous price

Went in & picked up while in COVID isolation. They have good physical distance in place. Take out - food was AUTHENTIC Ukrainian.we got peroxide, cabbage rolls & borsch. AMAZING!

Didnt like the food. I have had lots of perogies and cabbage rolls in my life and these were not the best or even tasty. I left a negative facebook review a while ago. Since then I get a hard time from their friends trying to get me to take my review down. Not impressed. This is 2020 if ya cant handle a negative review dont be online.

Their food truck “Grill It” has an absolutely fantastic bitter chicken poutine! Amazing. Would definitely eat here again
