This is the worst place for customer service. After waiting for 30 minutes, they said that they don't have 7 lbs of roasted pork. I came at 10: 45 and they're open at 11am. What is a joke.

The shop is very small, like a mom-and-pop shop. There is often no space, the dishes can’t be cooked, and there is no service because there is only one person. They charge money to order and charge tables.
The boss doesn't seem to be interested in having an extra customer and tells you directly that he can't make it and you don't need to eat it.

The best veggie fried rice and spring rolls I’ve had in my whole life. I didn’t know these foods could have so much flavour. Definitely my go to spot from now on.:)

I came in today and forgot my purse, and when I went back, they say they didn’t have it and when I came back for a second time asking for the cameras, they had it hidden in the back. Never coming back here again.

This is my second time here. I particularly like their fish-flavored shredded pork. I highly recommend it. The spicy pepper of Sichuan Bei Liang Noodles is very fragrant, and the meat of the Dry Pot Chicken with Fat Sausage is quite tender, except for being slightly salty, but the overall dishes are good and the price is very affordable.

Best native Chinese food in town! Always come here when craving for Chinese food. My daughter is a picky eater and she loves their noodle! If you want to try spicy sichuang food, I would recommend the dishes in the photo. They do way good than some restaurants in Richmond. Luckily we have this place in our neighborhood.

It was a big surprise when I came here for the first time! I actually discovered a Sichuan and Hunan restaurant that is rare in the Greater Vancouver area! People who love spicy food can tell the difference. The dry pot is spicy and delicate, and the simple cauliflower is particularly delicious. Pickled fish, sour, spicy, fresh and fragrant, perfect for soaking in rice with soup! When I asked, it turned out that the owner of the store was a young cook who had worked as a chef in a big hotel and was very skilled! Highly recommended!

Most dishes I ordered where mid the worst would have to be BBQ pork which is worse than the one at TNT.

Maybe it was because I came at 7PM but it took us a bit to get the food despite their being only one other group in the restaurant and their where still plates from previous customers at the tables. The store staff where nice which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. If it was only talking about food and taste then I'd give it 3 stars.

Soooo salty when they hand over our whole roasted pig to us and as a party host, we were embarrassed! Put directly to garbage. Just a waste of money! Not worth for the $280 yay!

Their student offer of 5 dollar BBQ pork on rice with tons of sriracha got me through high school.

Delicious authentic chinese food paired with super affordable price. Good size portion too.

This is a Scam restaurant. Ordered chicken noodles hardly see a chicken slice, ordered aThai chicken she gave me sweet and sour chicken still says the sauce is different kind of fooling peoples. Salt and pepper squid full of battered with skinny squid ridiculous not going back. I hardly write bad reviews about restaurants but this is totally a SCAM.

The taste is good, and it is normal for the price to rise, but the quantity should not be reduced. In the past, Maoxuewang could not be eaten by two people, but now it is not enough for one person. You know it well.

Repeat customers first said that the food tastes good, but the restaurant management cannot be commented on. We called one day in advance to confirm the business situation. We were told that the business was normal the day before Christmas. But we went there to eat today, but we were told that we will not accept dine-in food today because there are too many takeaways. This is the first time we went When I was eating, ordering and serving was very slow. I went in and stood for a long time. The people in front of me had been answering the phone to collect money, and no one greeted me. I sat down for the first time. In order to support the restaurant, I still gave 15% of the consumption, but today it is Christmas. After the experience of sitting down at the restaurant the day before the festival but being invited out again, I should never dine in again

This restaurant is a MESS! The first time I ordered they gave me the food I wanted, then the other 4 times I ordered from them they gave me completely WRONG ITEMS! Today, I ordered deep fried prawn, she gave me “sweat & sour Prawn”, I ordered 2lb of roasted pork, I said I want pork belly she said it’s gone, so I said, it’s fine give me whatever then, then when my husband came to picked the food she didn’t give him any pork! Hired someone who can speak ENGLISH please, this is the English speaking country. Or stated it clearly: “If the customer don’t speak Mandarin we don’t served you”. Wasted my time & my money. Will never come back there again!
