Sapperton Dental Clinic

Having been with this dental clinic for the last 4 years, I really cannot give any higher praise for everything about this clinic. Every staff member (from front desk, to the dental assistants to the dentists themselves) seems like there were specifically hired with personality as the biggest non negotiable - everyone is friendly and helpful. Whilst I'm not particularly apprehensive of having work done on their teeth, Dr. Sandeep has a wonderful bedside manner and I can't imagine that anyone feels anything than comfortable and part of the family when getting services with him. I am more than grateful that my kids are having such a positive experience with visiting the dentist whilst they are in their formative years.

At this clinic, the dentist takes lead on everything from cleaning to the actual dentistry work, so you get a really good rapport with them, and they understand everything going on in your mouth (my previous clinic would have an hour with a new cleaning tech every time and typically 5 minute session as the dentist popped by).

I wish they offered more services other than dentistry so I could figure out a way to support their business with even more money - they'd deserve it.

An incredibly friendly and caring group! The first time I walked in it was like they had known me for years, quickly putting aside any unease or awkwardness on my part coming to a new dentist.

It's obvious that Dr's Sandeep and Sarika Sachdeva really love their jobs and care about your dental health, offering as much or as little information as you want on all your questions, and there is ZERO sense of judgement from them (even when you sheepishly admit to maybe not flossing as much as you should: -S).

Was my 1st visit to Sapperton Dental and it was beyond amazing. The people are real / kind / considerate. The service that I got was above and beyond. From walking in the door and talking to Sara and to the dentist and tech a very big THANK YOU! I will definitely be back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to because I genuinely had an amazing experience. In no way, is this sponsored or promoted.
This was my first time for teeth cleaning in Canada and I had booked an appointment with Sapperton Dental. The whole process was so smooth and amazing. It started from my email communication with Cybele and she was kind and responsive enough in helping me book my appointment and other details. Dr. Rajeev Sachdeva and Nash were doing my whole process. Nash was training and she was really sweet. Dr. Rajeev Sachdeva was gentle, fun and knowledgeable, who provided all the information to me in a way that I would understand. He explained some best practices in a very simple way to me. After the whole process, I went to the front desk and communicated with Alma who was getting my paperwork ready and she was warm and polite as well.
Every person that I have encountered in this clinic was really nice. They really do know how to treat people with an excellent customer service.
Thank you, for not just the teeth cleaning procedure, but for being so welcoming, kind and polite.

Dr. Sandeep Sachdeva is the best! I used to be so scared to see the dentist before I met him. Dr. Sarika is wonderful also. She has helped us so much! I love this place. Been going here since 2018.

Dr. Sandeep is the best dentist I had ever experienced. He has the best skills, is honest and thoughtful. I find being honest is a big thing in dentist. He wouldn't treat anything that's unnecessary. He also takes his time to explain everything he does. The receptionists are also really professional and kind. I have never seem them not smiling.
Hope everyone goes to this clinic.

Sorry I only gave it 2 stars because i could of swore their was a negative review 30 mins ago but don't see it now:/ I seen swear words. Doesn't sound from the little I read that her experience was good and I always check new reviews because things can change fast. I not saying anything bad about the business cause I haven't been there and I was checking the area for good dentists because my son needs some work. Does anyone know how I could see the negative reviews? Because it was here and I read she cried it was not nice. Thats why I went back to read it again and now gone. Hope its just the App.
