I had a facial here. The acne facial. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The vibe was very relaxing and the facial was lovely.

This is a very pretty establishment with a new age spiritual vibe. The massage was relaxing and full of essential oils and fancy scents. I'm more of a firm pressure.please hit me with your car kind of person. So to my standards this was a light touch but very lovely.

What an excellent experience. My partner & I did a 60 min side-by-side massage and it was absolute bliss. Our masseuses were skilled, attentive, and personable. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere from the reception desk to the room is already 10/10. (Staffs are so kind and sweet) My friend and I were planning this long time ago and we finally made it! We were so excited to release all the stress from work and we both were 100% satisfied. My first real spa experience was amazing thanks to Amber. She explained the meaning and purpose of the program I chose (detoxifying ritual massage) and the process briefly and clearly and her voice already made me so comfortable and calm (the massage was totally professional). The whole 90 minute was so relaxing and I would definitely go back for other programs:)! I love this place!

I’m a regular at Sapphire. It is a lovely day spa with an Ayurvedic foundation to all their treatments. The practitioners are always highly skilled, professional and caring. They use excellent products, Eminence, Sparitual, Jane Iredale come to mind. I only rank them four stars as the facility is starting to show its age as is the website with no online booking capability.

I had a facial with Denise. The experience took care of my skincare needs and made my face feel clean and fresh.

My wife and I got a couples massage and had a great experience! Our massage therapists really took the time to learn where our stress points were and help work things out. The 75 min massage was too short! We definitely will be back when we're in town.

Love this spa. Excellent personal care. I booked the pedicure and due to chemical sensitivities I don’t get polish but also can’t be next to anyone getting polish. They put me in a private room, got me relaxing w dimmed lights and a warm soak. Offered tea and the aesthetician explained the process as she worked. The copper roller w oil was amazing.

It'a an absolute pleasure to visit Sapphire every 30 days to get this face looking fresh and new. I always see Denise H and get the best service and products on my journey of youthfulness. If I was on the dating apps, there is no doubt I would get all the clicks and super-matches! Thanks for the entire staff for making me feel welcome and cared for. Wanted to love this place because the atmosphere is very inviting.
Unfortunately the esthetician that did my brows applied some kind of an oil before tinting that ive never had anywhere before, which I imagine caused the uneven coloring. I asked her to apply eyebrow wax to set them the best they could be after seeing how they turned out, and she claimed to never have ever heard of eyebrow wax. Anyway what was left of the black dye fixed itself by being all gone by evening, and now im left with the patchiest waxing job ive ever had, and lost what i had for arches. When i pointed this out, she said no she didnt.
I am sorry but ive had my brows done all over this city for years and have never come across this lack of knowledge anywhere.

Signature Ayurvedic Facial With Denise was one of the best treatments i have EVER had.
Don't make any plans after other than to enjoy the blissful zen you will be in. Do yourself a favour (or treat someone else) and book this treatment with Denise!

Amber is very talented at what she does! Last year I had the Kapha Retreat, this year I did the Vata Retreat. Both were wonderful experiences. Give yourself extra time to unwind in one of the lounges and have tea and snacks.

This is a truly special place. I felt totally welcomed and cared for by Dalia during my Ayurvedic treatment. I can’t wait to explore more of their offerings:).

Overpriced, and staff treat time like a loose concept. I had a 60 min massage and 75 min pedicure booked, but didn't leave until 3 hours after arrival. Esthetician doing the pedicure didn't account for having to get dressed again after treatment, so my polished nails were unfortunately trashed before I even left.
