Sardis North Dental

Been going here since I was a kid. I believe I had Michelle today, she mentioned she had started there not long ago. She was lovely! Made it a great experience for somebody who hates the dentist.

Dr. Copeland is the best dentist I've ever had (I'm 63 and been to more than a few Dentists). Robin is the best "back-up" ever. The two of them work together super efficiently - and I've never felt a sliver of pain in all the work I've had done.

Highly recommend.

The staff are pleasant and courteous and efficient. I had an X-ray and it was the least painful of all the dental X-rays I have had in the past. Dr. Gundhu is a caring dentist. My gums were sore. I flinched when he poked them a little and he said, "Sorry, I won't do that again. " I've got more procedures next week and anticipate everything will go fine.

I have been going to this office for over 30 years. I have always been treated with the upmost respect and kindness. In most my adult life I have had huge anxiety prior to my appointment (typically unfounded). In the last few years I have had Taylor as my hygienist and because of her I no longer have any anxiety. She gets 15 out of 10 from me.

This place is amazing first of all the staff who book apts are so accommodating and very friendly. First off my husband had an extraction done and he was not looking forward to it, but the staff and the dr walked him through it and he said it was literally a painless and not so scary process. My kids have all left excited and ready for next cleanings (this never happens) but they all have said it’s due to the staff how friendly and just all around nice! I can honestly say as a person who is absolutely terrified of the dentist based on my family’s comments I am looking forward to my first up coming apt! Keep up the good work you guys def have some lifers over here!

A new crown including gum surgery was required. The whole process was completed with minimal discomfort. Nothing was an issue.

Dr. Stephen Copeland was quick and efficient with my emergency. Last night the back of one of my molars crumbled away. I thought I would have to get it extracted, but he reassured me a filling would do the trick. I'm usually difficult to freeze, and I didn't feel the drill at all. Thank you for your service and warm because manner!

I highly recommend this dentist office! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, welcoming, caring, and kind. The dentist listen to his patients and is respectful and compassionate the dental hygienist i had work on me was phenomenal and so sweet. If I could give a 10 star I would.

I have mega anxiety from going to the dentist in previous years. My experience here has been great. All the staff and Dr. Manny are so kind and encouraging, and mindful of my anxiety. Definitely reccomend! They are amazing!

This dentistry has the kindest people I’ve met and most advanced equipment I’ve seen.
They have a new machine that scans the head and found a cyst in my sinus. They kindly forwarded the imagery and data to my GP at no charge.
The extraction and periodontal work I had were done by some of the best in the field.
I cant recommend highly enough. It’s a privilege to have these professionals available to me and my spouse.

I have a great deal of anxiety about visiting the dentist, and my teeth in general and usually dread my appointments but that all changed with my first visit to Sardis North Dental! All the staff are so friendly, professional, kind and patient. Dr. Copeland puts you at ease and he has restored my faith in dentists. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I had terrible tooth pain over the long weekend. Phoned on Tuesday morning, and they had me in by the afternoon! And two days later I was getting the tooth fixed!
Friday morning had a molar root canal.i have had a few before, this one was by far the "best one" that I have experienced. As far as getting a root canal goes. Today is the next day. And I have ZERO pain or tenderness at all. The dental assistant was so gentle and attentive. The receptionists were so freindly and welcoming. Over all as far as a trip to the dentist. It was a good experience. Thank you so much for making something that is usually stressful, and making it pleasant

The staff at Sardis Dental make you feel like you're practically related. They are so friendly yet manage to stay professional at all times. Would highly recommend this as the place to take care of your teeth.

Visited the dentist on my birthday (the timing just worked out) and had a great first visit! They performed updated x-rays, cleaning and checkup with Dr. Copeland. It was a comfortable environment. Everyone was friendly from the front office staff, hygienist, dentist, and answered all my questions (I ask a lot). Teeth feel fresh and clean! Thank you!

They are fantastic here and can even help our son with Autism. Their rates are more than reasonable too!

I have been seeing Dr Erik Hutton for many years now. I just went in yesterday for a small filling and everything went beautifully. I was seen within minutes and greeted warmly. The dental assistant Robin was absolutely amazing making sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Dr Hutton insured that the whole procedure was quick and pain free. He did an absolutely amazing job I would highly recommend them!

Called yesterday re: getting a chipped tooth fixed and they got me in today. Was in and out within 1/2hr and very happy with the result.

Excellent Dentist and Staff. Always accommodating and really willing to work with you. Also luv the Golf paraphernalia in the waiting room.

Dr. Hutton is a great dentist, one of the best and the staff are very friendly.
But the dentist, Dr. Farhyde, is a terrible dentist. I came in for some minor sensitivity. He ended up doing a couple of veneers. Ground my teeth next to the repairs and didnt fill all of the areas he ground. Went back twice telling me it's fine. Itll get better. But it never felt better. Way more painful than it ever was and he refused to fix it twice. And since it was a warranty work they wouldn't let dr Hutton look at it. I've since switched dentists. It's sad they let this Dr. Stay on their service. Very bad experience from him.

To clarify, the staff at Sardis North are extremely nice and Dr. Hutton is a legend when it comes to dentists in Chilliwack, he is of the most skilled and reputable dentists you will find in this town.

That said, the service I've received here by the other in house dentist left me with a very bad taste. To illustrate, I had a clear quote to get specific work done. Half way through the procedure after the dentist had drilled a hole in my tooth, he informed me that the cavity was a little bigger than he could judge by the X-ray and so he asked me to agree to increasing the fee by $50. With a big hole already drilled in my tooth and half my face frozen I wasn't really in a place to negotiate on the price, so I agreed to it, feeling at that point price gouged with a bait and switch game. That operation added no more time or complications, and was done quickly.

I visited again 6 months later, requesting to see Dr. Hutton, who is fantastic, and he said the work that was done previously had already disintegrated and would all have to be re-done, and that many of the recommendations from the other dentist were not necessary. That said, Hutton is in high demand and so it takes often months to book time with him so I switched to a different dentist office. All the best!
