On a return visit Joel completly dismantled and cleaned our heat pump we we're amazed at how much grunge was on the coils that appeared clean after only 7 years of use.

Had Dale and Kevin with Sasquatch remove our old oil furnace and install an heat pump/ a/c unit with electric furnace back up, in our primary residence late last fall. Unfortunately at no fault of Sasquatch the system had numerous problems and struggled to heat our home. Sasquatch was prompt with trying to service the issues but due to this particular brand of equipment having internal communication issues they were unable to rectify the problems. Ultimately Dale made a tough but correct choice and they honored their commitment to customer satisfaction and replaced the whole system with a Fujitsu heat pump and electric furnace. We could not be more pleased with the new system and outstanding customer service we have received from Sasquatch! They are very professional and stand behind their work. Thank you Sasquatch!

Things went well, but there are a few issues remaining. I guess I could tackle them myself except for where the AC wire comes through the facia. I would need a rubber grommet. Other then those issues this a a very professional job, with trained experts. Highly recommended.

We were blown away with Sasquatch. From our quote to the final install and all the correspondence in between. Dale answered all our questions during our initial appointment for a quote, and we had many. He went above and beyond to find us an Energy Auditor since we were in a time crunch for rebates.
During the install, they were respectful of our time, and home. Arriving on time, and completing the project on schedule.

We chose Sasquatch Heat Pumps for the install of a ducted system in our main house and a ductless system in our legal suite. We are extremely satisfied with both systems. Sasquatch included both the drywall repairs and electrical in the quote, so there was no surprise at the end. The end price was the agreed quoted price. I'm always weary of having strangers in and out of my home, however all their staff were professional and approachable. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point. I would recommend Sasquatch without hesitation!

Exceptional service. Amazing team. Very impressed overall! I was going to be waiting months just for the initial assessment from other companies, with the possibility of another 8 months to a year to have the heat pump installed. A friend recommended I give Sasquatch a call and I am so glad I did. Within a couple hours I had a call back; in a couple days I had the assessment completed; and in a little over a month my heat pump was installed. Installation was expected to take up to 5 days. The team worked so well together they had it done in less than 2 days.

As this was all new to me, everything was explained very thoroughly, and after installation, the team has been very fast in responding to questions/concerns.
