Very poor customer service! They have no clue what they do. Not trained. Took them 2 hours to print up the tickets and the useless card, and at the lift, the cards were not functioning because they forgot to make pictures.so embarrassing. Thanks for nothing, Blake

We went here in summer for a quick weekend out of van. I'd avoid going here in summer as there is nothing to do other thank hiking or riding atvs (if you own one) compared to our mountains who actually put effort into the off season, this place sadly doesn't which is real shame as its a great spot. I imagine it's great in winter. The bungalow we stayed in through Airbnb is awesome though shout out to the bigfoot bungalow crew!

Thanks for a great season. The snow was awesome, the road conditions were excellent, and nothing beats the views. I'm putting in my order for earlier snow next season.

The staff are amazing at Sasquatch! My son forgot his jacket and Troy, who seems to manage the resort lent my son his very own jacket! The care we received was astounding. All lift crews were kind and friendly and interactive. The ladies running the desks were kind and patient. The restaurant staff went above and beyond with kindness. We ski many mountains and have never received this type of kindness as we did at Sasquatch. This is absolutely a family friendly place to ski and snowboard.

I've been coming to this mountain for over 20 years now. Learned to snowboard here and still love coming, although it's a roll of the dice for conditions, operating equipment and overall experience.

I've had some of the best days of my life up there and some of the worst.

Often the road up is BRUTAL, full of potholes and slow moving vehicles. At times, vehicles are just stopped in the middle of the road. Definitely be prepared! Sometimes the wind picks up and closes the lifts for an indeterminate amount of time.

Other times the chair lifts just stop mid way and you wait. And WAIT. And wait and more. I've been lucky I suppose, and haven't ever been stuck for too long.

Three chair lifts.
Yellow is basically a big bunny Hill, runs day and night

Red is the best, but only runs 9am-2pm.

Green chair is the usual night run lift as well as yellow Nice and big and lots of great spots to shred. Green is rad during the day too because you can go right at the top of the lift and take the long way down which is super fun!

Staff are pretty spectacular here! They are always courteous, helpful and empathetic ️

Molly Hogan's pub is a nice place to go to warm up in and great atmosphere. FOOD is terrible mostly, expensive but what other place u gonna eat at? Exactly. Burgers ok, fries are usually cold by the time they are served ($20.00) for that. I tried something new last night and had the hot cheesy bacon dip. Maybe 5 tablespoons of dip and chips for $16.00.meh. It was something to eat. Wouldn't order again. They were sold out of chicken wings.
Again, staff are great! ️

It was really spectacular when they had outdoor fire pits going with benches to sit around and I was excited to see that again this year but unfortunately those were all gone when I visited last night.

Prices keep rising, but isn't that the state of the world?

I'd definitely recommend this hill, but come prepared for disappointment if the weather doesn't cooperate. Bring food, charged phones, bottled water and supplies because it has happened that people get STUCK up there! The road washed out a few years ago and you could not leave!

I knew people who chartered HELICOPTERs to get off the mountain. But I think that's an extreme example and statistically wouldn't happen.

Used to be called Hemlock, now called Sasquatch as the Natives called it that for as long back as locals can remember.

Overpriced low end mountain. Charging more for season pass than any other mountain for limited passes lol 600 really

Hill motto = Policy over people ‍️
Emailed concern and talked to on hill office staff. Bad service equals one star.

This review is strictly for the snowshoeing. The trails are limited to 3 options but due to poor signage, we were only able to locate 2. I believe the 3rd trail marked as challenging goes straight up the ski hill at the beginning with no dedicated trail separating you from boarders and skiiers.
The other trails follow forest roads, so the path is wide but it also has several intersections that have no signage indicating where to go. A map is very necessary, as you'll also be walking on roadways for sections.
You're essentially paying $15/person (without rentals) to walk the perimeter of the village that residents/others use for free.
It's not worth the price.

Super fun! Blue chair was closed for part of the day we went meaning the green chair got repetitive but it was still great.

Awesome skiing resort. Kids had a blast learning how to snowboard again. The road up to the resort is a typical FSR road. No issues driving up

Lines were nice and short. Where the kids learn to ski or snowboard is great. Nice easy track in the ground for the kids to get back up. Really enjoyed the snow. Runs well taken care of.

What a great hidden treasure in the Mountains. With all the corporate nonsense in Whistler this is a place to truly "Ski Free"
12 March 2021 9:13
Driving up the road is loose gravel and many pot holes. Not many people enjoy this drive therefore the line ups are short at this location.

Great resort with two main chair lifts. Line ups were not so crazy when we visit, 3-8 mins in average. Snow is good and better comparing to Vancouver local mountains. One thing I like the most about Sasquatch is their grooming. They groomed the ski runs so well that you can carve all day long.

The only down side I experience when visiting is the driving road from bottom to top of the mountain. It’s bumpy and slippery. Recommend AWD vehicles with dedicated snow tires when visiting. Bring a chain or cable would help so much as well.
