Sassy Cuts Langley

Waste of time and does not honour appointments. I went to this place on Saturday morning and was told that they cant take walk ins, have to book an appointment. Understandable as they had back to school rush, booked an appointment for Monday and was even told that they had plenty available slots. Walked in on Monday and they didn't honour my appointment, they literally said first come and first serve, even though I had an appointment they cant serve us.very disappointing and such a waste of my time

They don’t know how to talk to customer, we booked an appointment waited for 30 mins to have a haircut for my daughter she is 2 years and 6 months, before sitting on a chair and looking what haircut can be done. Before discussing which haircut will suit her, she said will not do because she is kid and she is moving how can you judge a kid before sitting on a chair, I recommend not to go.very disappointed

Took my child yesterday for her first cut.it was rushed and now it's uneven and completely noticeable. Completely unimpressed. My child wasn't even making the cut difficult. She sat there and talked and asked questions. I'll never go back.

Loved the cut but I gotta say I think it may have been... TOO sassy? I asked for a cut that was 70 to 75 percent maximum sass and what did I get?

85! 85 percent, people!

Yikes.

I just don't know if I have the kind of self confidence it takes to sport a cut so damned sassy. I'm not complaining, it's a wonderful cut full of the sassy freshness I've come to expect from the sassy folks at Sassy Cuts.

I worry for people with a head shape that can't support the same sass level that my own, perfectly shaped sassy head can.

An overly sassy cut on a head that isn't suited for such sass could, over time, lead to feelings of alienation and bitterness. Take it from me, having strangers constantly measuring your head to determine whether you've flown too close to the sun with an overly sassy haircut is no walk in the part. It's more like a walk in the dark with a sidewalk made from dirty underwear... But I digress.

Now, sassy haters gonna sassy hate, this is and always has been a fact of life. I'm just warning those with thin skin to prepare themselves for the onslaught of sassy comments that will be coming your way if you choose to ignore my warning. Now, If you can handle anti-sassers hating you for looking so sassy then go for it. Sass it up.

Well it was supposed to be a haircut but not sure what it ended up like. It is not a place I would got for looking nice but only for chopping off some length. It was a disappointment tbh.won't be going back!

Lily is awesome best hair stylist anywhere.she goes beyond for my mom who has health issues always.she is the sweetest

My toddlers hates haircuts and Randy did an amazing job considering my son was crying his face off and pushing himself away. We were in and out within 15 minutes with a finished haircut. Highly recommend this place!

Got my hair cut here the other day and it turned out amazing! Randy cut it even better than I could've imagined. I'll definitely be coming here in the future. The prices are great too

My son is highly sensitive to noises like hair dryers, hair clippers etc. We have always had difficult experiences and a lot of times couldn’t even enter the door of places because of the noise. When I called to book, I gave the stylist a heads up of my sons sensory difficulties. When I got there I just asked her to not use clippers or a hair dryer. My mom sat with my son in the chair to get his hair done. The stylists name was Lily and she was absolutely amazing. She told my son everything she was doing and going to do so he was aware of what was going on, she engaged in conversation with him and she listened to what he asked for. This was the very first time (my son is 6) where we have had a positive experience somewhere for my sons hair cut where he didn’t freak out and end up having to leave. He actually left with a lovely haircut that he was super impressed with. He told Lily that she is “the best hair cutter” and that he’s “always going to come here” when he needs another haircut. I highly recommend booking with Lily if you have young ones who have some difficulty with sensory noises.

Poor attention to detail. First "professional" haircut for my little one in over 2 years (due to the pandemic). Based on the reviews, expected much better quality. Poor fade, gave my son a crew cut when I had asked for a fohawk. Didn't take the time to clean off the hair properly afterwards. I had to clean up the edges myself when I got home. Unfortunately can not recommend for kids haircuts (unless you're looking for just a quick in and out). Just seemed really rushed overall.

I have had many cuts here with the different stylists, all were great! I have straight, thin, difficult hair. After the cut, my hair is manageable and easy to style. Service is fast and prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much Lilly and Randy for your great service!

Randy cut my 3 year olds hair. She had long hair and he made it into a beautifully styled bob. My child squirmed around and moved the entire time! He was great at moving with her and getting the job done! Highly recommended

I said half off and now I am almost bald and I had to fix the sides of my hair because they were uneven

Great service and it is easy to book an appointment in advance. People come from across Vancouver as the service and quality is similar to high priced salons.

I got a haircut last week, the hairdresser was very kind and enthusiastic. I think the actual haircut looked okay (some strands are longer than others,) but the bangs were cut very unevenly.

I went there years ago and got a great cut tried it again last week for a trim it's awful cut almost 3 inches off in some spots some hair wasn't trimmed worst I have ever had took me 3 years to grow it the length I came in with now will take me years to get it back that length. My hair looks like I put it in a ponytail and tried to cut it after learning how to do that on you tube. Just awful.

I've been going to Lilly for years, and am in love with her attention to detail, she always gives me exactly what I want and need! She is such a lovely and kind lady, I can not wait to get my next haircut patiently waiting for salons to be open again. Highly recommended!

At Last! I have a beauty salon that knows how to cut and style my short hair. Tammy knew exactly what I was talking about when I wanted a "mushrom style hair cut in the back. Some call it a wedge. Got what I wanted. Someone who knows what they are doing, LOVE this place they listen to you! A rare thing to find in a hair stylist these days. Friendly staff, professional and good value for your money.

Love this place! Tammy helped my 4 year old son today after a horrible experience at another salon today! She fixed his hair as best she could, and just knew exactly what SHOULD have been done for him. Deffinetly going here from now on! Great for kids and great pricing.

Went last Sunday and Lilly cut my hair. She did such an amazing Job and is such a lovely Lady. Ive had long hair and got now a bob. Taking care of it is so easy and I keep getting compliments! I finally found my hairdresser after 5 years of looking?

Very friendly people but I went in today and got my hair cut it was supposed to be straight across but when my husband and I got home he looked at my hair and it was not at all straight across one side was longer then the other I have very very long hair and haven't been to a hairdresser in years so needless to say I was not happy with my experience. And also have a picture of it but I cannot figure out how to upload it

Great job cutting my screaming toddlers hairs. They are fast, and patient with kids. The prices are really good too. This is where will will get our daughters hair cut from now on.

Do not go if you have thick and long hair and you're needing it thinned and layered. They don't know how to properly get it done especially on asian hair. They don't do the razoring thinning technique and use the teeth style scissors which they randomly just snip all over the place and your hair looks like a choppy mess at the bottom but a full thick head at the top like a q-tip. Service was friendly enough

They were super quick and did a great job on my 17 month old sons first haircut. We will take him back there for sure.
