This place is terrible place with terrible manager/owner with disgusting behaviours and attitudes. It is wasting of your time and your money with the junks you receive without a proper warranty. I wish I had a choice to place minus star rather than one star. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Went at 9am and waited a bit. Repair of a tear in the right front tire, quick repair and reasonable price.

Tires are IN STOCK! Costco and Mr Lube have no tires in stock. Fast and friendly service. Not a zoo trying to find a parking spot either.

An absolute joke this place is. Terrible customer service, and borderline physically aggressive. They give you one number over the phone and get you to come in, only to not honor their quote

Cracked the wheel and stripped the bolts on my Mercedes. They use impact tools to tighten your wheel bolts down and show very little care for the vehicle they are servicing. Whoever was working on my car dropped my wheel, and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault.

Try to avoid this place at any time, call professionals please, you will regret every dollar you saved!

They are amazing team of people specially their worker John. Other places weren’t available to swap my snow tires but this place took me in right away. Thank you guys, keep up the good work. I have bought used tires from them in the past and always have great experience by their great service

Be careful! They could have killed my family.
I came from Calgary to visit friends in Vancouver (over 1000km away). On the way to Vancouver, I had problems with the tires (bumps appeared on the front wheels). I decided to change the tires before the return journey, but I encountered problems because my size was not available in stock, and I had to wait, but I didn't have time for that.

I found this service on kijiji because they had my size (255/50 r19) used in stock. I bought 4 Pirelli tires with 80% tread. They gave me a 1-month warranty (which was enough for me since I planned to buy new tires in Calgary).

On May 6th, my wife, my 2.5-year-old child, and I set off towards Calgary to go back home. After 300km, one of the wheels exploded on the highway. I had to call a tow truck and take a taxi to get to the city of Kamloops (85km from the accident).

As a result, the tow truck cost $600, the taxi was $250, and 2 nights of accommodation were $350.

My friend, who lives in Vancouver, went to the same service to tell them about the situation and ask for a replacement tire. In the end, they gave him a tire that was just dead (there was only 10-20% tread left, and the sidewall was in terrible condition). Mr. Lube in Kamloops told me that I couldn't even drive 100km on it!

This service doesn't care about you or your safety. Under no circumstances should you deal with them.

Had a flat in Burnaby at 5pm on the way to Canucks game. Called them and got it repaired within 15 min and at a great price.highly recommend this tire shop. Great service!

Got a flat tire on my car during Easter Holiday, and Save Big On Tires is my rescue. Quick service and good price.

I upgraded my rims from 16 to 18 and they suggested a compatible tire spec for my rims and car. I went to canadian tire and kal tire but they were way more expensive. I saved alot here, cheap but really good tires and deal.the service is very fast as well.

I don't leave reviews. However, service and shops like these are a rarity. Just honest good business and a great shop. Expected to drop wheels and tires off for pickup next day. Nope. Mount and balance in 30 mins (I called prior to give a heads up - "Good gets good"). And I was on my way. Exceptional. These guys are rockstars.

I've been visiting them since more than a year. He's very professional and knowledgeable, and trustworthy. And the prices are cheaper compared to other places

Got winter tires installed, showed up early in the day but the tires hadn’t arrived yet, so came back close to closing and they were nice enough to stay late to change over the tires. Tires were a great price, as I don’t often drive in the snow, I went with a mid range tire and so far, so good.

I bought 2 sets of snow tires for my cars today and very fast, efficient service and gave a great price for tires compared to other tire stores as I shopped around. Same day service at a busy time of year. They have 2 locations also so that’s great. Also great guys to deal with also makes your day. Will definitely go here for any future purchases. Thx again

Super easy and professional.
Had a flat tire and most places around were too busy to even pick up the phone. Had the tire fixed and was back on the road within 30 minutes.

Had one tire that worn out prematurely on our SUV. Since other three tires still had good thread left, I decide to replace one tire with a used one. The size was uncommon, but one call to the shop and Nadir had three of the same brand and model in stock to choose from! I swung by later without an appointment and was in and out in under 30 mins. I even got to choose which of the three used tires I want installed. Nadir also checked to make sure all tires had the correct inflation. Fair price and unpretentious service.

Initially called Kal tyre. No appointment until next day, was looking for quick service. Called ok tyre and they fixed in 5mins with no prior appointment. Charge half than other players.thank you so much

It’s not only save big on tires it’s very old experience and very great deals I love how friendly the workers are and they always give you the best advice never take advantage of you as a Customer there’s a guy called Oday he’s is the best person I have dealt with I recommend it very much guys

This place is a SCAM. They will rip you off at any chance, don’t let their cheap prices fool you! The saying you get what you pay for is this company no joke! If I could give them a negative star I would.

Really great experience coming here, I needed a tire because mine had popped. They helped me right away, I got to stay in my car because of how hot it was outside, I could enjoy the AC. They put the tire on right then and there. Less then 20 minutes. Thank you!

Their price doesn’t add up with their add, when I called and asked about their price the owner gave me a different price I don’t recommend

They had what I was looking for. Four used tires with good tread for my Lexus 470, fair price and had old rubber off, new rubber on, balanced in no time.

Ordered new Falkan performance tires from these guys and arrived next day. Went in and installed within the same day with alignment done. Excellent service and price. Even helped me fixed/screwed back a part that came out at the bottom of the car for free.

They offer budget tires on-site but you can also order higher quality/price one with them and delivered next day.
Honest and nice people.

Came for a slow leak on my tire. They were fast and efficient in identifying the problem, fixed and put on the tire very quickly. Very reasonably priced and fast service. I would highly recommend!

Got a flat on a relatively new set of tires; Save Big had the same exact tire (Hankook Kinergy GT) with a good 80% tread on it for less than a 1/3 the price of a new tire and got it installed and everything same day within 30min of calling! Amazing!

If I could give more stars I would. Needed to get a new set of tires for my 2014 Mini Cooper and I wasn’t expecting the service to be so affordable or fast!

I called over at 11: 00am to see if they carried the tires I needed, got to the shop at 12: 00pm and was out of there within half an hour. Great prices, really friendly service team - I will absolutely come back again.

Got my winter tires changed to all season today at Save Big on Tires. They provide efficient and friendly service. I shopped around and this shop def has the best price. Highly recommend if you care about those three things.

Fast, affordable and quality service. Did a tire patch for me on a Sunday when most shops aren't open. Hard working and honest crew, would recommend.
