I visited your bakery and unfortunately had a rather unpleasant encounter with one of your staff members. The individual displayed a level of rudeness that I found to be unprofessional and not in line with the quality of service I would expect from your establishment. I believe it is crucial to address this issue to maintain the positive reputation your bakery has built.

Mountain top groceries for those on the hill. Be careful with ice on the roads, but a great store, very clean, and not incredibly crowded

Started to go downhill. The produce is AWFULL, the prices SHOT UP HEAVILY to the point where a lumber jack was 10.99 now it's 14.99. Pardon me. 8.99 for 3 sausage rolls.i can go on for a while about this.also they miss marked the Ribs and wouldnt sell me them at the marked price. THE RIBS WERE THE ONLY THING IN THE COOLER.so that's my fault they were mismarked?

after i ALREADY E-MAILED customer service, Twila had told me she has had a talk to all the departments regarding the situation.im not sure she truely did. She totally misread the message and than never responded to my response.well, to this day she havent responded. The produce is still absolute trash, but the meats good now so that's one bonus! Have given this new location a couple tries now just to make sure.
It is poorly laid out, poorly stocked and the new "Artisan" product isn't worth the new inflated price point. 0/10 have started shopping elsewhere.

Rude untrained staff (employee name: Lena). You are likely to come across 'karens' while shopping at this site. But worse is the untrained staff which is likely to suffer with them, for e.g. The person mentioned above.

It seems like they lost a lot of their good staff. The cashiers have '0' training. It is too bad that Lena still works there as she creeps us out. We've been shopping there for years but she still comes up to the till every time we shop there and doesn't say anything but seems to check on us like we are trying to steal something and then walks away.

My experience used to be great here before but it changed my mind.
One old lady works here who stares at you whenever you’re buying something. She glares at your transactions like if we are stealing something. Have been coming here for last 6 years and honestly never been this disappointed.
Everyone is great here as everyone mind their own business but this old lady gives weird vibe.
Requesting manager to invest more in customer care as one employee can literally ruin the whole image of the store. This is a good neighborhood so please remove these toxic and arrogant people from your store.
If you want, I can literally describe the whole person but I rather protect her privacy.

Always get a weird feeling somebody is watching me every time I shop here thank god coquitlam has many grocery stores to choose from it also has this small town vibe to it probably due to lack of staff and customers that alone makes me cringe every time either way even though we own a home 5 blocks away I’ll go outta my way to avoid this place

Really clean, good produce selection, friendly staff and the food being cooked in the deli smell good.

I wish I could give them zero star. Absolutely the worst food quality I have ever received. I will never be back and I don’t recommend that anyone goes there. I bought chicken wings and chicken strips.the chickens were very cold and taste like was from the day before. Terrible……

I don't know what it is about the Austin Station Save-On-Foods but I really like it compared with the others we use. This one's on my way to-and-from work, it's always clean, feels more welcoming, and the staff just seem to smile more readily. This last visit, early morning, was no exception!

Manager of this store is super nice I went there one time later in the night and the deli was closed. I was standing there to ask someone if it’s closed he came over and personally shaved the lunch meat and gave it to me.
The pharmacy person is super nice too they always have flu shots Available and they are very polite.

If you go here the only thing you'll save on is saving any money. Because it's the most expensive grocery store I've ever been in. I dont Even know how they're still open. But I have a feeling they won't be for long if that's the way they're going to treat their communities. Ridiculous!

I went last week for the first time in years. I managed to get about a quarter of what I usually get with the same amount of money. As a disabled person this is not a store I would recommend.it just might cost you your life

Their parking lot is never properly salted or safe for patrons. I work in this complex and have fallen and near broken my arm twice in this parking lot (even in snow boots). For the amount of elderly visiting this complex and store you would think the parking lots would be prepared for customers. This has been a problem for the last 5 winters so I am finally speaking up on how unsafe and ridiculous this is.

Good. Have all sorts of groceries and foods. I shop here all the time when I need to get stuff. All their fruits and vegetables are organic.

Best online order pick up experience ever! Carefully explained substitutions and packing was so carefully done.

Our meat from here always goes bad early. It seems to be a regular occurrence. We stopped buying our meat here and have since transitioned into not shopping here all together.

I was at the self checkout line, scanned an item and bagged it. System bugged up saying item not bagged, that I need to wait for an attendant.

Attendant comes by, says something I didn't fully catch until they said my name, and then as they came to the till says "Move over, special needs". I know I didn't hear something else, someone I know just happened to stop by the till a short moment before to say hi, and we exchanged a look of shock with what was said. The attendant tried to joke that one of us looked like a Chris she knew and that it's hard to tell people apart with masks on, which it can be, but that doesn't excuse calling someone "special needs" even if Iook like a friend or someone you know on friendly terms

To the employee with white/platinum/bleached hair at customer service desk, im not upset, just disappointed.

For a Save On to be this small and cramped is quite an embarrassment. I dislike the layout of the aisles, especially the natural foods area.

What made it an unattractive experience was an intitled inconsiderate gentleman who avoided wearing his mask and being rude to everyone around him.

I could sometimes do with a little more selection, but overall pretty good and the staff are friendly and helpful. They do a good job in the deli and meat dept, too.

Friendly staff very clean & organized location. Always love the bakery deptment at all save on locations. Self checkouts are not being wiped down after each customer. But I have noticed other retailers doing the same thing. Wash your hands wear your masks & stay safe everyone.

Good and friendly service. Fast too. Store is clean and they seem to be following current health guidelines properly

I like this place better than the one in Burnaby (near the Lougheed mall). Always less crowded, good price, fresh product. Great!

It's a small super market for quick shopping. In front have a ATM but free parking just 2 hours. I bought a pot of Rose just $4.99 and soup. Enjoying the quick shopping and nice view.

Shopping carts are pay to use, the fruits I bought were not ripe and the icecream was a solid chunk of ice.

Usually I don't shop there but checked it out to pick up a few things on my way home. Really great deals. I think I will go more often now.

Very nice grocery store. Much smaller than superstore but they have everything you need and a better atmosphere.
