I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Save-on-Foods this location, all thanks to Randall! I had been searching for tomatillos on several store visits, and despite no success, my recent encounter with Randall turned things around.

Randall's willingness to assist was truly remarkable. He not only promised to restock tomatillos but also made sure his team was aware of our request to help us locate them once they were available. His proactive approach and dedication to customer satisfaction made all the difference.

It's not often that you find individuals like Randall who genuinely care about enhancing your shopping experience. His efforts transformed a frustrating hunt into an outstanding one. We not only found our tomatillos but left Save-on-Foods with a newfound appreciation for their commitment to customer, I wanted to ensure his commendable efforts were recognized.

Picked up groceries for elderly, the teenage clerk working in the evenings dropped the produce bag into my trunk from standing height. The apples and bananas were at the bottom and were fairly bruised. I ran out to replace them at Safeway.

Great deals, no cashiers!? And of course the self checkout won’t read my Rewards card.thanks Dave…very modern for 1999

Just big enough. Not overwhelming store size. Been coming here for years, staff is always enjoyable to deal with. Very nice community feel.

Most incompetent store won't be going back ordered groceries only to say everything is out of stock I called oh we hv the items we will get it ready only to hv them call and say I hv to go in to pay refused to put it on my card

Great full service grocery store. All the staff that I’ve interacted with are helpful and kind. The pharmacy staff is absolutely fantastic. The store is clean, well stocked, and well laid out.

Beware of prices at this place they have a tag on the basket saying $12.99 when you take it to cashier end up to be $22.99

I have been going there from last two years and their customer service is worst but today the lady was very rude she didn't even said hello she was the self checkout attendant Dont like it never going back

Maybe get your employees to not cough all over the produce while they set it out.so gross, he wasn't even wearing a mask and didn't cover his mouth!
I used to love shopping here. Get rid of that guy and maybe I'll come back.

Love coming here; store is small enough that it’s not overwhelming to shop at, but big enough that it has everything you need for a full shop. Friendly staff. Produce section is usually great.

I also come here mainly for the pharmacy: Pharmacist Mike and his team are super on the ball and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my family is well taken care of. Thankyou!

Was there few weeks ago to purchase balloons for a kids birthday.he was in ICU at the time!

Picked a birthday balloon and then saw a horse shaped ballons that were tied to registers as you enter them. Went to pay for the balloons only to be stared at by your staff like im stealing and eventually one woman ran to me, took the horse balloon back saying it was a part of their display. I advised her that i took it from cash register, there is no display and nothing on the baloon indicating its not for sale. She took it away saying well there isnt a price tag on it either and walked away! Do u think there was a price tag on the happy birthday balloon? Nope, not a single one, no price or barcode on it. I ended up leaving the happy birthday balloon as well.

P.s. No i didnt tell him about a mean woman who wouldnt let him have a horse. I went to different store who were very accomodating and extremely helpful.clearly not save on.

Scammed and then almost scammed again! While trying to buy a birthday cake and a few other items at the Save-on-Foods self-checkout in Clayton Heights, the cake didn't scan at the correct price. It was only a few dollars difference, but the whole reason I was buying that particular cake was because that cake was on sale, so I called for help at the check-out. Being aware of the Scanner Price Accuracy Voluntary Code and that Safe-On-Foods is a participant, I fully expected the customer service representative to apologies and deduct the full $8 price of the cake, but that did not happen. Melissa came over from the customer service desk, but ended up just reducing the cost to the $5 sale price and she seemed quite happy with herself to have done that for me, but when I asked about the accuracy code, her entire attitude changed. All of a sudden, I was the scammer trying to get something for nothing. With no apologies for the overcharge or the inconvenience, Melissa, now super annoyed, rolled her eyes, grabbed the cake and took off back to the customer service desk. I just stood there like an idiot and when she came back I asked her, "Don't you guys usually deduct the full amount of an item if it's not charged correctly? " To that she said, "Not if the customer doesn't ask for it! " Wow! So not only did I feel scammed by almost being overcharged for the cake, but now I felt almost scammed again because if I didn't know any better, she'd have failed to stand by Save-on-Foods' own policy to support the Scanner Price Accuracy Voluntary Code and charged me anyway. Not a real cool thing to do Melissa!

Went in Valentines evening to get a bouquet of flowers. There was still a great variety left, but the lady working the floral wrapping did an outstanding job. She took care to make the bouquet look even more fabulous, getting rid of the dead petals, replaced one of the flowers, & tied it off beautifully. Her customer service skills were excellent, I'll definitely be back next occasion. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she should get great kudos!

Great grocery selection and cut flowers. Better deals with loyalty program. Barbeque chicken better buy whole for $10 than in pieces on weight. Chicken spicy nuggets where not good for my stomach.

Covid made everything so stressful.shopping at this location did not help at all.compared to Safeway/Independent they were low stocked and the vibe in the air was totally saying they did not want you there. I get it.but your competiers really blew you out of the water with their customer service and a friendly smile.this store is the closet to my house but I shop at the other stores just for this reason.

I love this place, it's a quick walk from my place as well as I can do price match for all necessary grocery items. HURRAY!

Save on never has seldom the stevie coke in stock empty shelf

thats all i drink so i go to Superstore and get it it 3.98 at SS so 2 bucks cheaper but Save on is more convienient for me

Clean store, friendly staff! The parking lot is way too small for the volume of customers that shop here, definitely stay away during peak hours. The frozen section is on the smaller side but they do carry my favourite strawberry ice cream.

Smaller save on than the one in Langley downtown also on Fraser hwy. Don't sell store made pizzas or sushi but have ample supply of grocery staples needed.

Clean location with the usual assortment of items and amenities, alongside the kind hard working staff as well. Pay it a visit!

Smaller store which is nice. Friendly staff often only one cashier open they really promote self checking. Pharmacy is excellent accurate and attentive

It is a good place for a quick shopping, but don't buy filtered water from this location. It isn't filtered. Smells and tastes just like any tap water. We've been complaining a few times and problem still not solved.

Why would you pack sandwiches in the same bag as canned goods? Not once, but twice in the same order! Not a very friendly cashier either.
