Please clean/wash your shopping baskets. They are dirty and a health hazard. Also update your website as it features products that you do not have in store. Misleading and a waste of customers time.

Convenient. The prices have become more competitive and good item selection! Well stocked and seems clean. Friendly staff.

Worst place even. This business take avantage of poor peoples living around.
Up to 4$ more by product than Walmart or other grocery further. Sad world we living today. Avoid if you can. Sorry if you cant

The deli meat sometimes is a day or two before expiration date. Watch for sell by dates on things in this store.

Very extremely stressful expensive.
Try Real Canadian Superstore or shoppers drug mart across the street

Very friendly staff at this location and worth it just for the desserts. Cannot go wrong with pie or cheesecake or long johns filled with real whipped cream! Pretty much anything in this section is yummy!

The customer service employee who was working by the self check out registers, first tried to not take back my avalon jugs claiming they only take 12 (I take 24 back all the time). She tried to get me to leave with 15 of the 27 I brought with me. After she wouldn't I politely asked for the manager who walked up asked what's wrong and within half a second told her to just take them back. After she got snotty and rude with me and tried to refuse 2 more claiming they were too dirty, I again told her get the manager, 5 minutes later she comes back angry and says "I GUESS WE WILL TAKE YOUR DIRTY BOTTLES BACK" I get thay sometimes the get overwhelmed with Avalons but your Avalon table was totally empty and I even put them on the table from my boxes to make it easier for everyone.

Short version: Rude and vindictive employee tried to socially dominate the situation and didn't realize I work in the industry and know the rules and standards better than her.

Life lesson for this 65 year old woman, don't have an attitude with someone who's being nice and willing to help you.

UPDATE: Save On employs complete losers at this location. No social skills, none of them are nice or polite. And they are condescending and hostile for no reason.

Guess we know why you work at save on foods, you are all useless and have zero abilities. Your all sloths with no work ethic, which is why that's the only job you can get. Who else works for those miserable wages past 18 years old?

Very nicely decorated and designed but their prices are, on average, really high, compared to other grocery stores. I usually shop there when I need last minute items. I would never do a full grocery list there, simply too expensive.

Worst places ever do not go the staff is a karen. Very confused and she had a bad attitude. I wish she was more kind.

Not a good save on foods location. The shelf's on the soft drinks isle are always missing items. The energy drinks section is always empty.

By the time the local produce is ready the consumer is tired and therefore local and BC producers have to sell their products at a reduce rate. Darrell needs to stop advertising this untruth.

This is a great save-on-foods location, at the far end of Prairie Mall near Toronto st. Not that busy during the week, all the staff are very friendly, they have a public washroom thats actually open! And they do have a pick up area for all online orders. Great location to go shopping.

What makes this Save On worth 5 * is the people, always ready and willing to help with a smile.

It’s a pretty convenient location. Staff is really rude! A lady named Rhonda helped me; she has to learn how to treat international customers equally as Canadians rather than being a racist! Every one has the right to shop in store! I was really disappointed with service!

Only place where I buy chicken, grapes, pasta and toilet paper (along with some other stuff), cuz' it has the best price and quality for those particular items.

Friendly staff, with great selection of groceries, and gift cards. Pharmacy, and bulk goods area. They do price matching and mark down meats occasionally too. I've been happily buying groceries there for 25+ years:)

Sales prices not applied to the system. Ripped off for produce several times by cashiers or waste lots of time for corrections with a bad attitude….

The cashier's and all staff are so friendly and helpful especially since covid. They always smile and ask how you're doing and genuinely care and don't judge/shame those with medical exemptions.
They have an excellent selection as far as products go. It's the only place I shop:)

I deal with the store that coast Mouradian and Prairie in Port Coquitlam. Most items are in stock and I am happy. Sometimes the price may be a little expensive if you don’t understand pricing. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful I like this store.

Been shopping here for 13 years. So alot of the same staff been there which makes it feel like family. They are still working there. Their part of he reason we've continued going

The cleanliness/hygiene at this store is substandard. I would appreciate it if employees handling meat and produce wore masks. The manager said if I care so much then I should wash my food. I will go to Superstore from now on - at least they are trying.

Best staff by far out of every Save on Foods I've been to. They are kind and care about their customers.

This place was just upgraded and they now offer a wide variety of wines from around the world! International foods and treats are also available here!

Leadership starts at the top.the staff prove that over and over every hour the store is OPEN. Full FIVE stars.

Just a bit more expensive, if it wasnt for the people that accually know your there, i wouldnt bother, unlike the big box co.who could care less
