Like to pick up my veggies from here as they are always fresh and can survive much longer, when kept in the refrigerator compared to other stores

Always decent staff and knowledgeable on item locations ect. How ever not impressed recently going in and being stalked around by the stores security from the moment I entered with my wife didn't greet us like the usual security or nothing then followed us threw the whole store crazy to think ide be followed around a store but I assume my tattoos and piercings were enough cause

I found that this Save on Foods is pretty good. I've been to many Save on Foods in different cities, and this one ranks in my top 5. The produce look pretty good and fresh, meat selection had what I needed, and the cashier I had was friendly and funny. Will return next time I'm in town

Cashier at self check out Misty was not friendly at all. She looks like she is just the unhappiest person ever to be there.

You should really hire people who are happy to be in customer service. I went to a different check out because she made me feel uncomfortable.

I FIND THAT THE STAFF IS REALLY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. ONLY SHOP FOR ITEMS I CANNOT FIND ANYWHERE ELSE IN CRANBROOK.

See my review of the Creston store. I get consistent good service and competitive prices across the Save On network of stores The Cranbrook store is bigger than the Creston one so I go to the Cranbrook one for my first shop of the month. The extra few kms to get there compared to the Creston store are worth it when supply issues persist.

Damika (cashier) needs to learn how to talk to people. She is saying to customers they do not know what they are buying and super rude and arrogant. Save on foods make sure you keep an eye on her behave she does with customers. I wish i had option for 0 star

Could of been a 5 but on my out my receipt flew away and when I got home I didn't have my white vinager and now I can't get it back.was a great store but I don't know where my vinager went from the grocery bagging

I just want you to know what a great experience I had at your store today. First of all the stress of the virus is overwhelming and I was trying to help the homeless in some little way. My home is in Calgary and I know how to help at the Mustard Seed and for the many people who have nothing but here I was not sure what to do as the salvation army was closed. I mentioned it to the young man helping me with groceries and he got the lady beside him and she checked with her supervisor and wow it was so easy and the store takes care of everything. While i was digesting this and thinking of my part the young man looking after me tells me i could have four chicken pot pies instead of three for an extra nickel. Truthfully i should have got their names but i was so shocked with the help i received i decided just to let you know. I live in a big city and i have never had the positive response i received at your store today. If there was an award for being great people your store would win hands down. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

As construction continues and despite small parking lot shopping is brisk for me short trips, frequently does the best strategy

I love the awesome produce at this store! It's usually a bit more expensive than the giant grocery store, but the quality of the meat and produce totally make up for it. Unlike other supermarkets in the area, this store actually sells truly local seasonal produce as well as small local business products like pickles, hot sauce, and fresh ground coffee. Docked one star because there aren't enough tills for peak times, which can be alarmingly busy. Aside from that, its the best grocery store in the area;

I am very impressed with the quality of service provided here at this location. I have had fantastic service nation wide with Save-On-Foods. You do pay a little more for the food, but it is fresh and they are truly committed to quality. Any time I am trying to find something, the staff picks up on it right away without having to ask most times and ensures I find what I am looking for.

I cannot handle the save on foods in Cranbrook. Don’t get me wrong, I love Save On foods but the Cranbrook store falls short in every single aspect. If I could give 0 stars - I would. I have had items stolen by cashiers, I have been refused refunds for them by management, the lines are always HORRIBLY long yet for the last three years I am told they are understaffed. With the amount of workers desperate for a job in cranbrook we know this can’t truthfully be the case. Not only this, the staff are always always rude. Also, prices are disgusting

I prefer the produce and layout of Save-On-Foods to most places in town, but the lines at checkout are often extremely long with too few tills open. This store could really benefit from the addition of a couple self-checkout terminals and/or more cashiers.

Save On Foods in Cranbrook did my 8 inch white wedding cake and cupcakes for my recent wedding in Fernie. They were unbelievably good and very well done. I couldn’t have been happier!

I love that they carry Kootenay Meadows products, the produce is beautiful, great local and imported groceries, but be prepared to spend more than other grocery stores. Prices aside, they bag your groceries for you!

Excellent place to shop, friendly staff and have everything I need. Floors are clean, shelves are neat and tidy. Thanks save on for succeeding my shopping needs.

Always clean and well staffed at all times of the day. Very nice and helpful people on staff and they all know where everything is in the store. Selection and quality of produce is above par with the possible exception of the berry fruits. Veggies are fresh and well displayed. And the check-outs are seldom lined up. Extra tills are opened as needed. Thanks so much for that.
