I just want to commend the staff at this store. An elderly relative fell in the parking lot back in December and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that they were taken care of, even driving their car home for them while they went to the hospital to get checked over. Thank you!

April 2023 - I've since learned that the piece of metal along the ground in the buggy corral has still not been fixed so it doesn't trip unwary shoppers. Wondering when Save-on-Foods or the Skeena Mall is going to get that fixed?

Great location at the mall and clean store. They have great selection of everything you need the most here. Staffs are nice. Free parking available on site.

I appreciate the selection and variety of items there. The bakery as well as ethnic foods help it stand apart. Unfortunately, they are also going to the self serve models, but I do find that they have less errors than Safeway.

We love this store, but the most recent visit we had, involved an unpleasant older man in the meat department, who felt it was necessary to tell us not to take any photos, despite us shopping for someone who wasn’t able to make it there. I can understand if this is a secret shopper situation, but this was one of those times where he, respectfully, should have minded his own business. Instead of worrying about what we were doing while we were making sure we found the right item for the person we were shopping for, he should have just remained where he was, doing his job, and minding his own business.

Good selection in store however could not use my phone number for store discounts so I asked the clerk to use the store card and she would not, so had to pay full price due to their technology issue. I was not impressed

I go there about once a week to find the groceries that I can't find at work. Staff is friendly and helpful

I visited today at 8 o'clock. There was no any employee except one on self checkout. Her name starts with M maybe mrilyain. She was so rude and reacting like that we does not know anything. (snatching things from our hands while doing billing) we can read English. It was so disgusting even at the end she said you feel so bad to us but did not feel sorry. Most of the time we does not want to go there just because of that kind of employee. Please don't embarce anyone and do not show off like we don't know anything.

Friendly at this Save on compared to Port Alberni Save on.at least they smile and say hi and never judged me on cor of my skin Thank you for hiring friendly people Port Alberni needs to follow your lead on being Nice to all customers

Shopping at this Save On Foods is a breeze. They stock fresh and delicious produce from mangos, pomegranates and strawberries to kale, spinach, and carrots at affordable prices. I enjoy the save on rewards system, including all the personalized offers I can load to my card. Most of all the staff are always super helpful and warm. I love the energy of the store, keep up the good work Terrace Save-On-Foods!

Love this store! Fruit and vegetables are very fresh the meat department was well stalked. I didn't notice any empty shelves.

Fast and friendly service. Someone is almost always available if I need help and they're always eager to help. Their fruits and vegetables are almost always fresh and tasty.

Not a fan of Christmas music, but others are I'm sure.
Difficult finding stuff because I am not familiar with their floor plan.
Gained an extra star for friendly checkout clerk, and the very helpful security at the door who unlocked a cart for me when I found myself without change.

I came into store with my Service Dog witch I have her service I. D number and everything. A lady that worked there came up to me and told me I was not aloud in the store with my dog even if she’s a service dog, she then proceeded to tell me that only eye seeing dogs are aloud in the store. She was very rude and embarrassed me infront of a large amount of customers even though I’m suppose to have my service dog with me at all times! Here is proof that she is wrong and she should apologize, but I guarantee that will never happen. So much for customer service!

I work north of Terrace. And always stop at Save on foods on way up to Stewart. It is a good store but I’ve learned this time that you really have to look at the expiry dates before you buy something. I’ve always just grabbed what I needed. But this time when I got up to Stewart I found that one of my items Is expired by three weeks.

High quality procude and deli with fresh baked daily breads etc. Very low selection on speciality imported international products. Definitely a great niché and dietary restricted selection for glueton free, no dairy, gmo, vegan and keto needs

They have some good products I can't find elsewhere, however there's usually long line ups so I prefer to shop at Safeway.

Love that they are the only grocery store in town that provides free fruit for your kids while you shop.
