I only shop at Save On Foods when it's convenient to stop at or there is a particular item on sale. Although I love the selection of food they have it is very expensive to shop here. I don't know how people can afford to shop here on a regular basis. Their points program is terrible too. You have to spend thousands of dollars to get anything for free

Only go here for certain items as they are generally overpriced but it's always a quick trip

Clean! Stocked, prices high, but following inflationary pressures, specialties (ie meat. Slicing/butcher, wine sommelier, long term employees. Grwat service.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. This time I managed to brake a couple of eggs while putting the carton into my bag. They promptly sent a runner to get me a replacement carton of eggs. Thank you Save-On-Foods.

Disgusting pricing. Consistently 20-40% above grocery stores in town or even up north which make absolutely no sense. All their “deals” are complete garbage, either less than 5% off or still so pricey it’s not worth thinking about. $20 for the basic plastic bottled Maple Syrup!? Exact same product is $15 across the road (as in pic) That’s just unpatriotic. Amy’s Soup was over $5 but 30% cheaper elsewhere (as in pic) Started a grocery shop and after a couple isles just walked out. Barely a bag full of essentials (some fruit and veg, milk, nuts) was over $50. I’m appalled. Absolutely not SAVE on foods. GOUGED on foods more like. And don’t even try to blame inflation because in comparison to other stores it simply doesn’t hold water, just admit you don’t care about your customers and only care about profits, and rename your store. Then we’ll be on the same page and people can stop being lied to.

Alright prices for groceries. Staff look very tired, which made the experience a little less friendly. Other from that, a good store.

Mostly I go to the one in Brock find the deals on chicken good there.
The fresh baked bread is really good personally think great value.

Nice big supermarket. Lots of options and good value prices. Staff were quite efficient and friendly, with the exception of the staff at deli. She was quite rude.

Very nice stuff，kindly greeting, on time delivery and fresh content.

But they sent me the wrong package and told me I could bring it back to the store to get a refund. But what’s the point that I order delivery? Do you ever think why consumers order delivery instead of enjoying the fun of shopping? Love the food there, but I will hesitate to order meat again.

️Please develop a better solution for this kind of problem next time.

Huge sections of shelves, in every aisle, were empty of stock.also lots of produce items completely unavailable.

If you want to pay for over priced everything, go here. What I do like about it is that it's usually always stocked. Hardly ever are they out of stock of items. Therefore, it's dependable.

Great location. Lots of light. Plenty of product on the shelves. Friendly staff. Excellent shopping experience.

Great grocery store. Plentiful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My goto place to get groceries. Prices are competitive with other stores. The stock is normally really good, understandable that some things run out during the pandemic due to supply issues. You may find some things a bit cheaper elsewhere but from my experience you won't find the same quality in the staff's knowledge and friendliness.

When the store opens the shelves should be stocked. Ppl who go shopping early morning shouldn’t have to miss out because your employees are to busy talking and not stocking shelves. This store is terrible.

Family business with friendly service and great food. They patio is quiet with terrific views of the river. They only accept cash here, though they do have a cash machine with reasonable transaction fee on site.

When sometimes saving is best measured by my time saved rather than wallet, this shop meets that save. The self serve checkout is that reason for me.

Love the bakery, and I love that you can buy individual keurig pods. Can you please bring back the chocolate cheesecake? It's to die for!

Fav grocery store. Always well stocked, clean, helpful staff. Pharmacy staff are wonderful as well.

I did an online order because I have limited mobility. When I arrived there were no pick up parking spaces. I called in from somewhere else and she said there's 6 people ahead of me! I offered to go in and get it but she said she's the only person there so that wouldn't work. I'll never do an online order here again.

Young staff are rude and when there was people shopping without mandatory masks on we asked why they were allowed to shop with no masks they said that was their policy and if we didn't like it we should leave the store, unbelievable DO NOT SHOP AT THE SAHALI SAVE-ON FOODS UNLESS YOU WANT COVID

Generally veggies and fruits are fresher than super store. Also, save on food seem to pop up everywhere so it's quite convenient. The negative side is the service. It is difficult task to get help from the staff.

Prices noticeably increased over a short period of time.
However service still just above average compared to other supermarkets.

Went through the till the other day, the cashier (Tien) was very rude. All of our bags broke when she put them in our cart and she didn’t offer to give us new ones. Very unpleasant and did not sanitize anything after the person before us.

This place is great for me to shop on the dinner late planned it has ready made food for microwaving or easy prep so no disappointments because the treat is there as well of great desserts and a bottle of wine as well check it im loving the new deals now at save-on

Wonderful place for Vegetables and Groceries. Friendly staff Good variety of everything. I also like their bakery section Good quality bread and I love their pastries my favorite is the Tiramisu and their Cheese cake. Have not tasted the others so cannot comment. I am sure it will be good.

They have an excellent selection of ethnic food, you don't need to stop at 5 different stores if you just go here first.

This is my local grocery store and I absolutely love it. Every staff member is outrageously friendly - I am always asked at least once if I'm finding everything alright. I like the layout of the store and appreciate that this location has the same store hours everyday. The pharmacy is open on weekends which is convenient.

Not necessarily always the best prices, but the quality and selection are great and the service is top notch. Love the new in-store roasted meats in the deli. Shot out to the the pharmacy staff - They are the best! Also like that I can pick up a bottle of local wine with my groceries.

Two Bus full of people were coming from our summer camp, and we stop at columbia shopping mall on the way there and back. One of our friends was told to put his bag at the front but only him, not the 20 others that wore bags. We overheard the manger use the radio to say “He is definitely stealing because he is wearing chains and has his bag” This is absolutely disgusting because he was singled out only because he was not white. Worst shopping experience ever.

Went in today, finally find all of my items in the weird layout, and am struggling at the cash for ages, waiting for help. After 15 min someone finally comes over and tells me that the debit is down and has been all morning. Why are there not signs up? Why did I waste all that time just to find out I can't pay right at the end. Put signs up if your debit is down.

Supermarkets are boring and not much to write home about. Here is another save on foods. Pretty much the same as the last one you went to. I wish they had a pensioner checkout so every shopping trip doesn't turn into me waiting for some poor old soul trying to figure out how to enter their pin into the same payment terminal as every other payment terminal in every store in the county every damn time.

Great selections! Online delivery option is a great idea for busy people, and the addition of the wine section is amazing. The wine selection is a great reason to visit this location.

Good selection. Staff is friendly. Some of the till staff can be extremely slow though and the washrooms are always disgusting. The store itself is usually pretty clean but the bathrooms majorly need more TLC throughout the day.

Great grocery store. Excellent layout and staff, good prices on most items, and can use s membership card for better deals. Has a nice "adult" area, for spirits and such, nicely incorporated into the rest of the store. The central location of the store is great as well.
