I am a first nations individual who felt racially profiled And discriminated against by the female security officer (short grey hair, elderly looking Caucasian) on Saturday October 22nd, 2022.
This is totally disrespectful and I am highly considering taking my business elsewhere. As soon as I walked in I was followed.

This is a good super market but often they don't have items that I need such as fruits, meats, and cheese. Limited selection.

They have happy hour appetizers at 25% any day of the week. 3-6 PM

We come here every week for our grocery shopping. Close to our house and you get good bakery stuff also here including vegetables.

This store is fairly small and seems to suffer from a layout that doesn’t help it deal with traffic very well.
It also doesn’t have the full selection of a larger store, but what they have seems to be well chosen.

Smaller franchise but still a good place for shopping. No pharmacy here. Lots of staff around but never really greet you here. Thats my personal experience. If you want my more choices n variety Safeway at New West station is better.

The Save On downtown New Westminster can't hold a candle to the one uptown. Uptown has better staff attitude and selection.

The Save on Foods store in Colombia Square in New Westminster is a very small market with not a lot of selection. Also i have bought two items that were bad and if you don't have your receipt good luck getting your money back. Yesterday i bought milk that was dated June 22 but was bad by time i got home on the 15th. Save yourself aggravation and shop at the store at Royal Center at 6th ave and 7th street.

Nice small Save On Grocery store. Friendly staff and they all seem attentive. Even saw them politely escort someone trying to steal off the premises today. All done very professionally. I really enjoy a company that takes it's job serioualy when it comes to safety in it's store. Way to go team.

This is a 5 star location! When I worked in the area I had lunch here often. The food was always fresh, the staff was always friendly. Whether buying lotto or groceries, or lunch, the experience was always great. Ample parking too! Highly recommended.

While shopping I changed my mind on a product.
I bought chicken breast's that were on sale & gave my chicken bacon back to the cashier.
I was worried because I have noticed in the past that cold items are not always returned in a timely fashion at other store's. (Not Save-On.)
They were very promt & the chicken bacon was returned to the shelf within 5 minutes.
I thanked the girl.
I have seen items sitting around at other store's in the past. I frown on it because it may accidentally be forgotton about & not be put back on the shelf right away as it should, which could be dangerous with certain product's like meat or dairy.
Then oop's! Food poisoning!

Wow, very impressed with the service here. The best grocery store I have been to. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I came to this location to pick up some items to make breakfast after working a night shift at RCH and I was blown away. I usually stop at Walmart or superstore but I’m going to shop at this save-ons more often. Barret was my cashier and he was on another level of amazing.

Good store. Very clean. My son likes the one complimentary piece of fruit.
Staff were friendly on a Sunday morning and wishing me a good morning as I walked the aisles - good neighbour vibe.

Smaller location than the norm. I find they don't always have everything I'm looking for. Prices are high compared to other grocery stores. If you have a save on card, use it! You will get a bit of a discount.

I went there around 2 PM today. That cashier Danielle that girl with glasses and buck teeth is a bi t c H.
Horrible customer service skills.
