I showed up at 820pm to grab some meat and the service was terrible. The guy in the meat department wasn't willing to help as they had started their "closing routine". I thought they closed as 10.

I buy asparagus daily as part of my special diet. I bought it and brought it home and when I took it out of the bag it was slimey! I phoned thinking it would be no problem to exchange the expensive vegetable 7.98! And was treated like I was lying! Unbelievable I’m a 48 year old healthcare professional I am so insulted! I won’t be going back to this particular store ever even though it’s close to my house. Where’s the customer service there?

Recently at this location. I’ve shopped at many different SOF locations throughout the LowerMainland. This location was very disappointing. Waited at Deli counter to order, but no one tried to serve me although 3 different employees watched me wait. Too busy talking to their coworkers. Finally left that area and bought the one thing I actually came for. Did not bother looking around. Store looks to be in a sorry state, not up to the usual SOF standards. Will never come back to this location.

Have shopped here for years, and also worked here briefly. Great place to shop, and fun place to work.

Grate service in and out you can always find something was looking for a beach towel and a watermelon. Feels like it’s new store every time I walk in Clean.

Just shopped here and was immediately impressed by how immaculate, well organized, and well stocked it is.

Clean store.always stocked.only thing with Save On Foods and there choice of locations is there parking lots suck.parking spots too tight.they could learn alot from Costco or the original Safeway Sites.

Pretty sad to buy there in house 6 in a pack braided apple strudel and they are about 30 percent smaller now and same price

I really like this selection, they have an incredible vegetarian and vegan section and desert bakery. Staff here are friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this stop for snacks if you are doing a road trip.

I like this Save On location. It has a slightly different selection than the other one I go to in Maple Ridge, the Deli and fresh selection are amazing. Bakery is good here too, but the produce is inconsistent sometimes. Staff here are wonderful people and keep the store looking great and the shelves full.

My fav place to shop. People are respectful of your space. I do feel however the pharmacy doesn't give you any privacy.

They refuse to open tills for customers. 7 tills and one open. I had a lady in her 80s waiting to pay for some cinnamon buns, after 10 min and the poor cashier still working on the first customer, I just walked out. You only get the descent price if you have their points card, but if you forget it you have to go through the regular tills. Secondly, I don't work at save on, if you want me to ring up my own stuff, bag it, and pay for it as well as the bags you have to pay your customers for their time.

I even went to customer service and asked them to open a till for the older lady and she refused. Bad customer service, bad prices. Save your time and money and go to freshco two blocks down.

I bought two kinds of sushi rolls at this save on food location for dinner. Both rolls weren't good; the rice was hard, and the crab meat inside didn't have. Mayonnaise mixture, it said they packaged it today, but I doubt it the sushi would taste fresh, and the rice wouldn't be hard

The fresh food and baked goods are not very good, but Save On Foods product selection is far superior to Walmart and the prices are good so long as you've got a Save On More card.

I like this Save On. It's clean and stocks it's shelves well. I find the one at Valley Fair doesn't depending on time of week. Produce is good here too.

This was my regular grocery store until I moved away, even when I worked at Superstore two minutes away.

Last time I bring my business here.

Went in for a few items, knowing I would be 2 minutes - I knew the exact ingredients I would need (as per usual) and came in with a plan. Upon entering an older man advised me that the store was closing in 8 minutes. (Okay, I thought they didn't close for another hour, that's my mistake, but no worries. I'll be out in 2 minutes or less. All I need is some soup ingredients to help battle this cold.) And then, every 30 seconds they proceeded to announce through the PA "attention shoppers, the store will be closing in (7 and a half minutes, 7 minutes, 6 and a half minutes, 6 minutes) please take your items to the front. "

This did NOT make me want to speed up for them. As a matter of fact I went slower as this was a disrespectful display.

Get to the front after 3 minutes (would have been 2, but I started walking slower, and pausing in front of items as if I didn't know what I was looking for.) And what do you know? The rude announcements STOP. Even though other people came up to the tils AFTER me.

I was out of the store after 4 minutes total, And back in my car starting to write this review before they closed.

Can't help but feel this older man profiled me. I wonder if I had shown up in my work attire (dress pants, button up and blazer) if I would have been treated differently. Instead of showing up wearing my climbing clothes and a seashell necklace from Mexico.

Just because I didn't feel the need to dress up for the GROCERY store, does not mean I intend to come in and waste your time. My time is valuable as well, and I assure you I don't need to be wasting it walking the aisles of a store. I have better things to do with my life. I want to be in and out of there quickly as well. Maybe don't pre judge your clients next time. As now you have permanently lost my business.

This was more a last straw, as the layout to this store doesn't make any sort of sense, and each time I have been in (usually I do go at normal hours. This was an anomaly for myself.) There have been no attendants at the deli counter, or the attendants have been unattentitive.

Went to grab Chinese food Sunday around 1.awesome service from the young man working. Super attentive and caring! Defs an employee that should be kept! Don’t yet service like that now days! Give this kid a raise
