Called the bakery last minute for a birthday cake for my son, not only did they get it ready at 9 am they also personalized it for him all without asking for a deposit or credit card. They made me feel truly valued and like I was part of a community of people who cared. Thanks! I will always come to them first from now on:)

Really nice location, produce is beautiful, well-organized. Lots of amenities including flowers, bakery, and pharmacy. I found the pharmacist to be very helpful as well. Lots of vegan grocery options! Some items priced slightly higher but they price match so check ur flyers

I came in with my son 10 minutes before closing and we really enjoy going to this save on foods. My son really enjoys coming here because they have a cart for my son (3 years old)

We were ready to check out to find out I forgot my wallet so I used Apple pay which normally works. This is were I will be forever grateful for Parvir, Didar and especially Gurjot.

I was panicking because my payment wasn't going through. They were patient with me and even offered to open another til to see if my payment would work.

Well, it didn't work, then Gurjot suggested that I go home and get my wallet and they are willing to stay open until 1015 so I can pay for it.

My son didn't want to leave without the groceries he chose hahha so Gurjot offered that he pay for it and I can just etransfer him.

No questions asked. He willingly did it knowing that I really needed my items. Saved us a trip and my son getting upset hahaha.

To management, I am forever grateful for these gentlemen. You have hired great people. I will forever speak highly of this store and I hope management gives these gentlemen all the praises they deserve. Thank you once again Parvir, Didad and Gurjot.

The name of this grocery chain should change in: "Not save on food". Compare with other stores, same items are way cheaper than here.

They are not as cheap as other big box retailers, but their produce is much better. You'll usually end up paying more, except maybe for items on sale. They carry most of the essentials. If you are looking for international items, they carry a very limited range, if any.

Every time I shop here, I always have a great experience. Would give 5 stars but some products I'm looking for are not there.

Yes, prices often higher than other chain grocery stores however they’ve ensured that stock isn’t dented, thrown randomly onto shelves or otherwise damaged. That, in it self is calming. Store laid out nicely, colour scheme is cheerful. Enjoy the vegan/plant based selection. Used pharmacy once for my parent, the staff member was helpful and didn’t rush.

Beautiful store! My new go to since the Surrey Central location moved to King George Station and the parking stresses me out.

Well laid out and good access to aisles. Wish they had price/weight so can compare products. Excellent prices with Save-on card and points used.

Bought a burrito at the kitchen, the wrapper is basically loose and open, with a rip at the bottom that got sauce leaked in my lunch bag, the burrito is not even fully wrapped, it disassemble the moment i pick it up if you dont know how to wrap a burrito, dont work at the burrito station

Excellent customer service on all levels and departments. The store manager Stephanie was so understanding and accommodating. Always an excellent experience

Good location, but a few negatives: store doesn’t have a separate gluten free section, paper bags they use are a nuisance (they don’t have handles and aren’t as strong), not many organic fruits (e.g. Watermelon, pineapple, mangoes are not organic), deli doesn’t know what is gluten free or not.

This is one of their newer locations, great staff, easy to get in and out of, tons of underground parking.

Amazing store with a great cafeteria. But the person who decided to make the parking lot speed bumps that high should be tarred and feathered.

I bought gala apples, but the price is not match label price, the manager found that problem and gave me free.

Brand new store! Beautiful interior but not a fan of Self Check Outs as I am not getting paid to do the work of a Save-On-Food employee. Self Check Outs are nothing more than a reflection of Corporate greed to reduce their operating costs. Not to mention there are no health care benefits paid to the machine! And while I am at it, DO NOT GIVE to their charities. All you are doing is paying into their Corporate Tax Deduction. Donate directly!

Nice new store all shiney and bright.but the prices are painful. We are getting hammered by the grocery chains during this aweful pandemic

The store is brand new so it's very clean and modern inside, but as others have mentioned, this is the most expensive grocery store I've ever been in. They take prepackaged foods (things like pasta salad/potato salad) out of the regular containers, put them into their own much smaller plastic packaging, and then charge more than 3 times the price for the exact same food. Certain things from the deli like blocks of cheese cost nearly 10 times the price as Superstore. Even fresh fruits and vegetables are marked up. Selection also isn't great with most products only having one brand or one size available. I only stop here after work every once in a while to pick up a couple ingredients for dinner, but I always leave either feeling ripped off or without everything I wanted to get because I can't justify paying so much.

I have never had such a pleasant experience in a grocery store in my life for years ago I injured myself to the point where it’s very difficult for me to walk so save on food delivery save my life and I was not able to get a delivery this year because I got gift cards so when is the store asking what they could do and this fantastic gentleman named Graham offered his assistance he push the buggy around engage in conversation I was all around the most polite kind person that I have met in this city I want to thank save on foods are making a great choice I’ve been playing this gentleman I’d like to thank Graham personally for being so nice to me and making sure that I was OK up to the moment that I got back into my taxi merry Christmas Graham and thank you save on foods for making the right choice

Great parking, great location and the wing bar is certified banger.

Very great spot for doing daily/weekly grocery. New items are available here since this is a fairly new store. Staff is very helpful as well. There is also underground parking that have Tesla Supercharger for Tesla EV's. Tesla users can charge and shop as well.

My new favorite SAVE ON, lots of parking up or down. Easy access, big store with good selection of products It was a very good shopping experience

The majority of items are expensive but the meat is very well priced and prepared. Lots of good ideas for dinner. I always shop here for the meat. Boxed items and veggies elsewhere.

Good peaceful place for groceries shopping. Parking area was not properly cleaned as many slots were covered with snow so deducting 1 star otherwise store is good.
