I will pay a wee bit more if you continue to bag my groceries and have full service bakery deli meat dept
I Stopped coming when SS snd Walmart opened but now noone bags or has any customer service
I will be back

I was at the Mission, BC from Kelowna a couple of days ago.
Stopped in to surprise my sister to say hi:)
Chris, who was working at store entrance was kind enough to page her and allow us a few minutes. And he happened to be the manager.

Save on lost us as customers due to gouging! Food recycling bags $32… everywhere else $20! Absolute gouging.

Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time contacting them
Bought Nanaimo bars on the 17th, opened them on the 19th only to find an elastic band "cooked" inside the cookie bottom.
We called, we took photos as asked, we even brought in the contaminated product as asked. We never received a call back as we were told, nor a replacement product or gift card, not even an apology at any point. Youd think with the prices inside this establishment there would be some level of customer satisfaction theyd want to uphold. I'll continue to shop here but maybe I'll reconsider the bakery.

We have been coming to this save ons for years and the service from the staff is incredible. Heidi in the bakery is the sweetest women, and always has a huge smile! Thanks for everything you guys do!

Went to buy a sub for an easy dinner, got home and my sub had two Brie rinds with almost zero cheese. These pieces are all that I got. Called back and the deli was beyond rude.

I enjoy shopping at this location. It never seems crowded and has lots of parking available.

Was good not lots of people. Had 2 people in front of me.line was fast. It was lease then 6mins was in and out.ok prices

Save on is always consistent with its quality, and some of the best baked goods you will find at a grocery store.

Fairly well laid out and clean. Plenty of staff to help who are easy to find as well. The prices and deals are very clearly laid out and easy to find on the app and in store. Plenty of checkouts open as well which made getting in and out very easy.

Too long of a wait both at Customer Service and Cashier lines.

When an employer would ask you if you needed help, it'd be in a quick and short tone and they wouldn't qualify what you asked, so they couldn't answer my questions since they did not understand. You'd have to chase down an employer because while they do ask if you need help, it's during mid stride so it seems like it's their job to ask but they do not sincerely want to help you.

Was in the area with my aunt who had issues with her Save On More Points. Customer service very helpful, patient and gave my aunt extra points to make up for the mistake:)

Stopped by on my way home to Abbotsford. I wanted to like this store but it was so noisy inside that I had to leave before I bought anything, mostly just fans and machine sounds. It does look really nice when you first walk in to the fresh produce area. The lighting is well done and I'm sure there's a lot of great food there. I'll try again another time.
I've never walked out of a grocery store just because of noise.

The VQA wine section is fantastic. Well-stocked with a wide selection from BC’s top wine producers. We never come away disappointed. There was a helpful ‘tasting session’ in progress during our latest stop. We ended up buying the white wine they were promoting: a new Viognier/Pinot Gris blend from Hester Creek. A nice discovery.
