Pretty hit and miss for delivery, and I have had issues on a couple of occasions. I understand that it's a busy store an that there is a labour shortage all around- I have no problem with that. Where I get frustrated is the complete lack of anything resembling an apology and the "get over it" attitude I come up against when speaking to customer service.
Most recently I got a call saying the store was behind and therefore the 2 hour delivery window I had purchased was now being extended to a 5 hour window ending at 10pm and "was that okay? "
How is someone supposed to respond to that? If it were okay, I would have chosen that delivery window in the first place.
I understand that the store is busy, it has grown rapidly etc, but I wouldn't have paid $10 for delivery had I known I would be waiting until 10pm for my groceries. It has ingredients for my dinner tonight in there and I have to work early in the morning tomorrow. Just super disappointing in general. And the icing on the cake was their "apology" was not apologizing but offering points toward a future delivery.which is a bold move considering their track record. It might be better in person, but honestly there have been way too many problems for the delivery service for me to remain a customer.

I don't why I ever go here.

It's been months since I've been here, had to go to best buy, thought I'd pop in to get some hot food.but no.
Same deal as last time, and the time before, and the time before that.
Employees are crabby, unhelpful. Manager probably the same or worse. No hot food, and if there is any, it looks like it's been there for awhile.
Millstream Market has a vibe Save on Foods could very much learn and grow from.
Off to Market at Millstream I go

We love the ready-to-bake pizzas. Their regular prices are way overpriced but you can catch some good deals on the mid-week sale items. They're open late and it's never too busy.

Customer service after 4 isn’t great. I tried to return bubbly that had no bubbles after opening 3 cans. He questioned wether I had bought It that day. Even tho that is what the RECIEPT said. He said he didn’t know for sure or if I brought an old flat back? !? ! Oh my gosh. I just can’t even. Love having 17 year olds power trip on me on a Friday at the Neighbourhood save-on. Honestly most of the time it’s amazing but this was just not great.

I worked here about 6 months as a cashier. I thoroughly enjoyed my job. The staff is amazing. Sometimes i miss this place

Just picked up my first online order and could not be more impressed with the service.
The young man (kyle? At the langford store), had just brought out another person's order and asked me my details on his way back. A minute later he loaded up my trunk and I was on my way. I am sick and only ordered a few items but in the future I will make bigger orders. It was a perfect shopping experience

A great store with some great food for many cultures. They have a wonderful Chicken wing bar with a great selection of flavors. They have some great freshly made cakes although it would be nice to know when they're made since all other packaged goods have dates on them.

Made the mistake of going to the self checkout to save time, it didn't like the weight of my shopping box so I gave up and went to the regular checkout, a big time waster

The MANAGERS are the WORSE in the company. They treat employees like trash while they put on a smile for customers. Overworking employees and scolding them for impossible things. I over heard a manager talking to an employ who was clearly taking up two jobs and still the manager was getting angry at him for not doing more. The place is clearly under staffed and they should not make employees do TWO JOBS while still being paid so little. Also, EMPLOYEES are also potential CUSTOMERS, so they are losing staff as customers and workers by mistreating them. Mistreating employees isn't going to FIX your under staffed issue. I can't imagine working in the line of work with my medical condition. I'm not going to shop at a place with ABUSE happening within the store. Some of the nice store workers that are pushing buggies go out of their way to help me out but behind close doors they go through this, I feel really bad for them having to put up with the poor management with such little pay. Abuse in the job industry should be put to an end.

Today in Langford save on food was super busy, cashier wasn't impressed to enter my point card number because it doesn't work otherwise. She looks ready for a break.

I have brain damage and this place didn't hassle me about me not wearing a mask. On top of that I forgot my debit card and the lady bought my 2 refills of water!

Place is very clean and I mean clean. Floors shine, zero dust. Staff very friendly. Lots of ready-made foods too. Awesome.
