I have never seen a store fall so low because of incompetent management. Multiple times, MULTIPLE GOD DAMN TIMES, I have had to confront their managers because of price matching and blatant price gouging. It feels like they put any manager in charge with a 7th grade education, and say "yep theyre good to go! " Or maybe they're handicapped diversity hires. Who knows really.

Went in earlier, their "operations manager" is arguementive, and incompetent to their own policy. Probably another power tripping diversity hire that dropped out of school. Could tell by the single mom complex.

This place is a dump now too. Blinding neon blue bathroom lights that hurt your retinas. Sometimes washrooms are overflowing with fecal matter on the floor. Homeless stealing, and miserable staff. The cashiers can't speak english either.

Updated review: don’t bother buying “fresh” produce here, most of the fresh produce here would be put in the 50% off bin at no frills or T&T.

While I was shopping here, there were 2 occasions someone OD’d in the bathroom, frequently high numbers of high homeless people.

This is by far the worst save on foods in Langley, if you want to keep shopping at a save on, the one off of 64th avenue is much bigger and nicer, while the one on 188 is much nicer and around the same size. Both these other locations don’t share the same spoiled “fresh” produce or homeless/drug problem.
If you want a grocery store in close vicinity to this one go to No frills, they have fresh (and frequently local farm) produce at 20% less AND it doesn’t look rotten (unless you are shopping the 50% off produce, which is great for over ripe baking bananas)

I am not impressed at all. I bought a box of Pinty's gluten free breaded breast fillets that were on sale for $12.99 a box (regular $19.99). They rang in at $19.99. I did not notice until a bit later, when I checked my receipt, after buying lotto tickets. I went to customer service, after taking a picture of the product and the price together in the freezer for proof. I mentioned the Scanner Code of Ethics, meaning the first $10 is free if they scan it and the price is incorrect. Davinder, who processed the refund for the extra $7 I paid was aware of the Scanner Code of Ethics, I pointed to it (taped to the counter) and we discussed it. However, he did not give me that $10 that was due to me. At this point, I did not say anything AGAIN because I figure Davinder must be a little mentally challenged. I mentioned the $10 and he was aware of it, because he even SAID it himself, but I think he figured it was coming out of his personal pocket, because he wasn't going for it. BAD customer service! Save-On has the highest prices around and then they CHEAT you! Unacceptable.

Such a beautiful store, always very clean and organized. The people who work here are always so welcoming and kind. Love shopping here.

The customer service provided by Sima from bakery had exceeded our expectations, she went above and beyond to make sure our cake turned out amazing, thank you!

So glad this save on can not Honour there displayed price. Asked for the manager and he wouldn't even come out to talk to me in person until I was getting annoyed. Not surprised with his attitude since he knew he made a mistake not covering up this.

My local Save On is a good place to shop for fresh produce and healthy foods and the manager is very accommodating if you ever need assistance.

Bakery made me a large whipping cream fruit cake for a family reunion. Rave reviews! Thanks bakery staff. Thanks Matt for taking my order so late

This save on is nice and lots of good fresh items. Most of the staff are friendly except for one guy who is very creepy made me feel uncomfortable. I saw his name tag and it said Devin. Besides that creep this store is good.

I've asked several time about specific sausage before I get there. Someone from customer service told me they carry that brand and have them in stock. When i get there Deli staff told me to go see meat section so i went and they told me to go see deli. Nothing was there. Lack of information and wasted my valuable time. Won't go there ever again

Very disappointed. Deli clerk was rude and meat was old and sour. Noticed other products being sold that was already expired.

Not my first location to shop and it is not near my house, but a great selection and a great place to find the things that the smaller store by my house does not have or to pick something up quickly after work.

The pharmacy and all the staff are incredible. They are very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The pharmacy manager is so friendly and helpful.

Always excellent service. Very clean store and often some good specials.everything is well arranged Feel happy shopping here, rather than a 'task' like most stores. I highly recommend. Scene+ points is a bonus!
