Store is pleasant to shop, not too big. Prices comparable with other chains

First thing that is not baby food, when we informed the whole isle is not pleasant for babies as you have strongly scented items next to baby items especially baby ready to squeeze stuff, the cashier today June 14th 2023, time was around 9.20 pm pacific, said it’s packaged items and they won’t get mixed. Especially after that point she was rude. We handed off some items which we didn’t want to ring for the bill, after we billed the needed items and she started asking do you need this? This? For every item in a way which we didn’t expect. Not sure what’s wrong with this store suddenly, which we have always visited for groceries. Please fix things, or we absolutely have another store that respects every customer.

Produce section is very well kept up, clean and organized much like the rest of the store. Great location with lots of underground parking.

Arguably the worst grocery store in New West. Long waits and untrained staff. So much so that the store manager should be ashamed. The produce section is on extremely poor condition with rotting grapes strewn about.

A bit pricey in some areas but overall good store and friendly staff. Nice, wide aisles for big strollers, which is a huge plus.

Bought a Tiramisu Layer Cake from Save-On-Foods and it was really soft and yummy. The best thing about the cake was its perfect sweetness.

This store is are go to for groceries, the only thing to improve on is the quality of the produce, staff are amazing considering some of the people they have to deal with. Thanks for everything

Variety of products but higher prices than in other supermarkets. Parking without problem.

They recently put the chairs back. You can husband-park while shopping. Staffing improved recently so the auto-cashier is easier to use. Starbucks in store so you can buy a paper and a coffee at the same checkout.

One of my favourite stores in Uptown New Westminster. They offer great variety of products and vegetables/fruits are always fresh

Solely because their lotto centre hours are never correct and I continuously waste my time trying to get everything done in one area. Now I'm going to WALMART and I hate Walmart, so take that however you'd like.

Lots of nice workers that work there. One lady working there used her debt card to pay for my stuff and allowed me to give her the money in replace cause cash register was fooled up and needed pay card. So I could have my stuff.

Always a come-through for my groceries and last minute ideas. Vegan stuff, an overseas section, super nice folks, it's New West pride here. Shoutout to Sunny from the deli, saved my holiday charcuterie board.

Great selection and prices. Smaller meat portions are very convenient. Nice pet section and deli too.

Accessible, with underground parking close to specialty stores what's not to like, well some prices maybe

Between about 1: 50 and 2: 00 p.m. On November 30,2022, when I passed by, I saw young lady who wanted to buy lottery tickets, but this woman was very rude and very obvious that racial discrimination caused unnecessary trouble and was not allowed to buy it. The woman's racial discrimination situation was very vicious. Bad, this person should not work here. I think his character is very problematic. She should be a Filipino. I don't know what this woman is arrogant about. Does she think she has a strong sense of superiority? Ugly！！！！！
