I visited the bakery to place an order for a cake and the old lady who works there was so rude and said that I should call if I want to get my questions answered and place the order.
When I called a couple of days later it was her on the phone as well and again, she was just SO RUDE!
Don’t bother getting your custom cake made here, just go to thrifty - way better service!

DONT BUY WINE HERE. They are selling wine that is expired and then they do t take it back.

Waited for 20 mins at the service counter waiting for lottery after 3 pages. No one came. Everyone stared. I left. Dirty people. Dirty place.

I love the Tsawwassen location of Save on Foods. Everything is always organized and clean. One of my favourite parts of shopping here is that they price match with local grocers. Jason in produce is especially helpful and very knowledgeable. And there are always enough people working to get the help you need, even if it means checking in the back for an item.

Produce is constantly covered in mold. All the dairy is expired. There’s never any cashiers. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Prices are 3x higher than they should be. Store is unorganized and chaotic.

I went in to get my Christmas dinner ingredients and was horrified by the amount of expired products on the shelves. Mushrooms were covered in mold. All the milk and dairy expired that day. If that wasn’t bad enough, There were no cashiers on the floor, the lineups wrapped around inside the store, blocking lanes. Customer service “Patty” was rude and disrespectful when I asked about the produce. The prices are more than double what I pay at Walmart. I swiftly went to Thrifty Foods and will never shop this location ever again.

I don't usually write a bad review however this is an exception. First time shopping here. I had run into a young fellow at the end of an isle and we had said hi to each other. Then when I went to pay for my groceries the young girl advised that she was to go on a break and could he take over. He reluctantly took over and I said hi again. He was so dismissive and rude. He even broke an egg in my 24 pack! He gave me my receipt and I actually waited to see if he would say something nice. Not a word. So rude! Never ever going back to this location.

Why always a massive line and no self check-out? Consider employing more people and utilizing the checkouts.

Great supermarket with good quality and value products, one particular member of staff was proactively and charmingly helpful.

The older woman worker at Starbucks is quite rude and aggressive. She often messes up orders and has a bad attitude

Went there for their pharmacy. They have decent selection, but are smaller than the pharmacy at Shoppers. The upside though is that they are considerably less busy. So, sometimes going here can be a good timesaver.

As for the grocery section. They have a great selection and a pretty large store. Prices are competitive.

Unfortunately this location, for me, has a really bad time "culling" their salads (pulling the expired ones off the shelves). It's not just salads either, the produce section is hit/miss some days. It could use some work with pulling old and turned product off their shelves than having a customer point it out to them every week.

Cashiers are also a hit or miss. Some love serving people and helping you out. Others here will not give "two brownies" about being there or serving you. (I've had to repack my groceries a few times. Can't have raw meat next to fresh vegetables now)

Anyway, Save on is alright but it's starting to become harder and harder to rationally come back here every week. I love the local stuff in here and the fact I can price-match and earn my save on points, but I feel the heart in some of the staff is gone.

On my experience on in Savon foods is very organized everything is fresh and everybody's friendly fast organized and efficient

Horrible delivery service, constantly giving me rotten produce. When I called to ask why was told that just the way it is and that they can't be expected to train people to pick fresh produce for customers.they offered me a refund and its been 2weeks and it's still not on my account or credit history. The young man I spoke to was as helpful as management would let him be, which was anything but helpful as I still don't have my refund, or a reliable delivery service for FRESH products.
(even though they guarantee this to you via email every time you order)
i'll stick to the local butcher and farm markets, as the minimum wage employees at this business just don't care about consumers.

Older staff lacks customer service (polite, helpful etc.). When younger staff is on they are more friendly and show a willingness to assist.

May, the pharmacist, is fabulous. She takes the time to make sure you are familiar with new meds and connects so well with people.

Surprised to see no cost per unit pricing. Makes it very hard to compare.example
Is the large bag of chips. Really less expensive then the smaller bag.
You need to do the math yourself.
Usually you would have examples 35 cents per 100grams the other would say 38 cents per 100grams.

Has been my go to since is was a Safeway.
Great and helpful staff.
Prices are fair and the chicken and wedges are an amazing deal.

Super well organized and stocked. It would be a 5* review if not for the multiple piles of rotting ables I encountered in the produce section.

Grab their app and sign up for their hot deals. It made a big difference allowing us to pay $1 off per pound of the sirloin roast. Great selection in all departments and like the quality of the meat the most.

The people is slow, never have what I am looking for, the lines on the cashiers are always cery slow. There is nobody to ask information.

Dislike the "Card Holders"approach to pricing. Specials in produce are close to "best before"expiry date. Specials on pie, read carefully only on blueberry. Found only one. Never happy here.

I go there every day. They actually know who I am. They are soo nice and customer service is great

What's with this location? Is it the only Save Ons that has a wine kiosk? I always get upsold here. Always!

Love the meat and seafood department totally awsome people working there. The Starbucks is great as well.

Well they still have food! Lol. Some people have gone a little overboard on somethings as of March 16/2020 they are out of Toilet paper and a few other things!

They have added a chicken wing bar which is fabulous. I like how they have remodeled the whole store. They have excellent customer service. Staff is pleasant and nice. Fruit and vegetables are very nice. BC produce which we should all support. Love their variety of fresh flowers. Anr, now there is Daryl's (President) specials, which are very good. Their fresh fish counter is excellent Am also looking forward to their new upcoming Sushi bar.

I met Cole last night at the deli counter. What a fantastic employee! Super friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had a superb experience.

My whole family come there on a rain sunday.we try to get everything for the kids to go to school, looking for stuff so hard, run around to find things, hopefully to get help form staffs, barelly see anyone

Too busy now that Safeway is gone. Order online, then you can skip the checkout lines and just pick it up.

Its a Save On Food. Tsawwassen does not have competition for prices. There is Thrifty Food which is more expensive.

Unless you've found a place to get your's free, you can't find a better place for groceries, even better with a More card.

I like this save on foods. Things are stocked properly and things aren't expired on the shelves here. Prefer this tsawwassen location over the ladner location.

The produce isn’t very good, their prices aren’t as good as Walmart and their food pickup service is slow, and they frequently make mistakes or ridiculous substations.

This store is overpriced, stockers are rude and dont say anything to you just talk about other people. Produce is decent and the bags they put your groceries in are very durable
