I was minding my own business doing my grocery shopping. When I walk past the supervisor Adam who was walking opposite direction of me. He does complete 180 and follows me around the store! I go the the freezer aisle n stop he stops too while he is on the phone with his boyfriend. I keep walking take a right he takes a right. I stop he stops pretends to scan items. I walk back the other way n hide in aisle. He walks back and finds me and stops still on the phone with his boyfriend. I confront him he says he can walk around anywhere he wants. Clown world. Never experienced this kind of blatant harassment anywhere else. Very weird. I had a hoodie on but still not justifiable. I got his manger name n will be contacting him soon.

I love to do shopping here because it’s close by but please add eggless cakes here too. I always drive far to get eggless cakes.

I like this Save On better than the one on Scott Road because it is more personable and not so busy.

I was some chicken wings. From a friend. Opened if up and it smell like roten eggs. I'm not buying your guys chicken wings again

This has always been my favourite Save-On as the food is fresh and the staff are helpful in general. Today I received service above and beyond from Corinne in the bakery.

I was looking for a product that I always buy here but couldn't find. Corinne phoned the supplier, found me in the store, gave me the information and suggested an alternative.

This is why I shop here

I have been going to this location for years now and been impressed with everything they have a cashier called Tracey she is one of the nicest cashier there always pleasant friendly wish you could get more Ike her

Beware of baker Sarbjeet on Nordel Way Save on location.

She’s an rude arrogant baker.

She screwed up our cake 2 time. She did not do what we wanted for our cake. Plus she didn’t care to inform us. Lack of customer service.

At last she gave us an old cake. The vanilla cake was super dry. I ordered 2 full slab cakes.
One vanilla one chocolate.

Chocolate was okay but vanilla was very dry. My guest didn’t like it at all.

The manager Kristina was so polite to understand our situation. But the baker made nasty facial expressions at us when she was talking to us.

On april 14 i went to do some shopping, the cashier guy was very helpful and nice, i asked if i can leave my red bull cans i will pick them up (i had 2 grocery bags) and when i came to pick them up, i took it with me and all of a sudden this lady started taking pictures of my car and i was confused whats going on? She asked me for reciept (i dropped it somewhere my fault) i went in the store humilated and she asked the cashier if i paid for the red bull, and he said yes i did, she didnt even apologize or anything i was left humilated, and while i was walking out one of the staff member glared me at me! I never felt insulted and humilated i will never return to this store again (the star is for the cashier)

Absolutely worst store to do online orders from. Stock is always wrong. They never call to tell you of changes. And it is SLOW when you arrive for pickup.if they even answer the phone. I won't be shopping here anymore.

We were in Nordel Crossing location - for the first time. Jan 04th 2022 evening. Our experience was very pleasant. Lady at the check out - Tracy (if I remember correctly) surely is, beyond doubt, an asset to your organization. She was polite, patient, full of product knowledge and had the answers for our every question. I felt imperative that I share my thought with you. May God bless you and Tracy for a great 2022!

It's a big store but lot of shelves empty due to the floods. This one has replaced the Whalley store

This is what you get when you have Nordel way Save on foods deliver your order. When you send them a email telling them you do not even get a answer why.

I came here to buy a cake.baker aunty was very rude with me and when i ask her to write happy birthday on a cake she said we don't write anything on the cakes i don't know why she was very rude

A heart felt thank you to the customer service team (Nov 3rd around 4: 30 pm) who took the time to place my lost soaking wet lost phone in rice. I really appreciate it.

Finally their customers service is good and their floor workers knows where they’re working. I went to many grocery stores and most of the staff don’t even know what I’m asking for, where the item is or even if they carry that item but SAVE ON FOOD staff surely does know where is most of their stuff are and if they carry it. I hope they continue to have those amazing staff.

Did not appreciate the poor customer service. Including the cashier assuming because I have kids with me we were going to steal the ladies groceries next us. I will take my money elsewhere.

Cake is often out of stock. Wish they stocked more fresh bakery items. Long lines as well to pay. Have you considered self checkout? Langley has it and it works great!

This store of save on food is located on nordel way Scott road.
Parking: lots of spots are available in spite of on busy location.
Bakery: I bought cakes from here many times. Yesterday I ordered cake which was handled by lady Sukhi. She was so nice to explain varieties & finalized order. I really impressed by her & greatly appreciated for her help.
Usually found most of the grocery items from this store.

It's July 09, I was soo happy to see baby formula is fifty percent off, wowwww. I quickly picked up 2 pack and suddenly I feel like let's check the expiry date. I found that they are selling expired (April 2021) product. I cannot feed my baby expired milk. Thank you Save on Foods.

Diane in bakery is the best, super nice and friendly, she makes and decorates the best cakes! Corinne in bakery has amazing customer service! Thank you so much to both of you for going above and beyond for my daughter's birthday cake, making it just the way she wanted!

The Cashier at the Express lane doesn’t know how to count change and he’s also slow at the point where the line was so long; he shouldn’t be in charge at the till.

Save on is usually very good for fresh vegetables and produce but this location is an exception.

Very nice store, good layout like the bakery and the hot food section. Better than the King George location

I have shopped at many Save On Foods, but I have no idea how this one heya away with these prices. $22 for toothpaste (crest), Colgate toothbrush, and a bag of chips. I will never return. I will get my supplies elsewhere.

My Favorite grocery store, very neat and clean. Good quality.very good staff. Never had any problem.

If you don't have their card the will charge the full price for everything even if the items are on "promotions " don't by here

Pharmacy doesn't answer phone or call dr.s back when messages left staff rude when I came to get my prescription service here sucks dont recommend. They had me stand around just to tell me doctor called yesterday and no one did there job and called back what a joke.

Get some express lanes or self check out options at night. Got me waiting 15 min to pay for 2 pounds of grapes.

Had a such a bad experience at this store. I just went there to grab a cake. The associate at the cake station was so rude and non-cooperative. The date was September 26th and its around 6: 12.

Save on foods always has the best vegetable and fruits in terms of freshness and quality. You gotta have the more rewards card, else things will seem quite expensive

Go to Costco, Walmart or Superstore for better customer service.
Went to the cash register to find out that some of the items are not accurately priced.
Asked one of the employees a question and immediately in a rude tone she said don't get close to me.
I was not close to her. I know what social distancing is. I wear gloves and face masks all the time when I'm out.
Yet she was wearing neither. If you are so concerned about your health why are you not wearing them. Half the employees were not wearing them.
Definitely not going back to that store ever again.

Save-On-Foods is a great place to shop for groceries. I have been ordering online from last two months with excellent delivery service; delivery charges are only $4.95. All products have great quality. However, I have deducted two stars because they are always short of at least 30% of the items I order which is frustrating as I am a person with disabilities and it makes harder when I don't get what I order. Thanks for the best grocery delivery service; your employees are well-trained and they provide excellent service. Also your employees use company vehicle unlike some other companies who use only personal vehicles where there is more risk to catch viruses/germs.

Taking good care during covid times. Providing hand sanitizers at multiple spots and disinfectant to clean carts. Clear signs to promote social distancing

The Save-On employees came to my rescue today! I’m a new mom and my baby lost it (big time). A lady employee quickly came over to unload my cart at the checkout so I could calm baby down. Another employee came to help me take my groceries to my car and he even loaded them too! A super stressful situation for me and I was just blown away at their consideration and kindness! Thank you!

With the Save On rewards cards, the savings are significant. I shop for my coffee beans from here. Also other food products. Aisles are wide. Shelves are always refilled. Staff are friendly. Recommend Save-On to all.

Absolutely horrible when it comes to cashiers being open. Long lineups and yet will not open up another till. If they do not want to pay extra cashiers then maybe they should install self serve tills.

I always come into Save On and everyone is always super nice. But I was shocked to see such a horrible interaction between a manager named amber and an employee. This manager amber yelled at the employee in a rude loud tone and was pointing at her while it was busy. I felt extremely bad for the employee because she was busy and working hard as well. The employees face was completely blank and she was clearly embarrassed because a lot of people were starring at her. It’s sad how managers are taking advantage of employees and bossing them around. I really wanted to tell amber she was being harsh but I did not feel like it was my place. Some training on how to be civil to employees would be useful for the managers at this location!

Quality focussed very clean and excellent variety of foods, The only problem I found inside the store is that at the bakery cake department they have no idea what real cake is, they should go to Europe to understand it, the looks or the taste is not even close

Here is a idea, there is nonsense going on of people hoarding toilet paper, and this is messing up the civilized system of if you need something go to store and get it, so how about limit one or 2 per person?

All right prices but great staff. They even brought in extra of a sale item for me and called me when it came in. Definitely reccomend

Had to wait 10 minutes to buy a bottle of water. Need more checkout lanes, especially the express ones. Self checkout would definitely help.

Bit pricey as compared to Wal-Mart & other stores. Sometimes price stickers are missing or misleading

Staff is great/ friendly and helpful.but beware of products well past there best before date, almost every time i go to this store i find expired products still on the shelf.today i went to by tostitos cheese chip dip (2 months past the best before date) and next was lil peps pepperoni (4 months past the best before date). This happens to me all the time in this store, NO quality control

This location usually has enough check outs open so the wait isn't bad. Staff have always been friendly and lots of fresh produce.

The customer service was so awful, Irene was so stubborn at the customer service desk. She was very rude about my purchase, I was not happy.

Great store. Innovate foods. They now sell Meal Kits too. There are 5 recipes to choose from. The Jambalaya is pretty awesome.

Save-On-Foods is an excellent place for shop fresh vegetable and meals in local area. Great product quality and good services.

This is my local Save On Foods. The store is clean and well kept however there's hardly anyone in the store to ask where things are, I wish there were more staff around. Perhaps I chose a bad time to go (7pm on a Monday)
